I have a full Sonos setup—Arc Ultra, Sub (Gen 4), and a pair of Era 300s. As a lifelong cinema enthusiast who hosts and streams my own content, I can confidently say that Sonos delivers a truly immersive experience. The sound quality is exceptional, from the deep, rumbling bass of the Sub to the detailed spatial audio of the Era 300s and the clarity of the Arc. It's not just sound—it's an experience that brings movies to life in a way few systems can match.
Whether you're a casual listener or a dedicated home theater fan like me, the quality and ease of use of Sonos products make them a standout choice.

This is our second Sonos speaker. It was easy to set up and is a great sounding speaker, especially for its size. The only thing we wish is that this speaker was portable (rechargeable batteries instead of plug in).
Thank you.

Wow! This are magnificent and way more impressive than I anticipated. I’m so happy with the quality and sound. I would highly recommend these and getting a pair to create the ultimate experience.

I have (2) ERA 300's paired with Sub Mini in my workout room / basement. I was looking at traditional passive speakers with an amp and came across the Sonos ERA 300's. I went to BestBuy to listen to them and was sold. This was not a low cost set-up, but lower cost than going with the passive alternative. The sound quality is very rich and I was surprised to hear sounds and notes that I’ve not heard before when playing the same songs through other speakers, headphones, etc., Very Pleased!! There is plenty of volume available which is great for certain music types. I do like that each speaker within the ERA 300 has a dedicated amplifier. I’ve been streaming Apple Music through the Sonos app flawlessly. I especially like this “Heavy Rotation” option.
The music I listen to varies and includes Classic Rock, Progressive, Hip Hop, etc...and the base from the Mini Sub scales in volume nicely between the genres. Songs with Dolby Atmos really fill the space of my basement. I would also include that the set up using the app is very easy.

The Era 300 makes Dolby Atmos feel downright awesome. Spatial mixes have real height and width—vocals float, instruments breathe, and effects wrap the room. As a standalone it’s impressive, but pairing it with a Sonos Arc (an “Arc ultra” setup) is next level: use a pair as surrounds and the bubble of sound gets huge and cinematic. Music and movies both shine, Trueplay helps dial it in, and the black finish looks sharp. If you want immersive audio without a rack of gear, this is a killer choice.

With its Dolby Atmos technology, this speaker delivers an immersive and engaging sound experience that will make you feel like you’re in the middle of a concert. And with its unique cinched hourglass design, it was a conversation starter at your NYE party. So go ahead, turn up the volume and let the Sonos Era 300 take you on a musical journey you’ll never forget! WOW

Heard these in a client's home. Superb quality, very space conservative. Very easy to set up, and it’s amazing how well these sound throughout our home. HIGHLY recommend these!!!

The Sonos surround speakers turn a living room into a private cinema. Paired with the Sonos Arc and a Sonos Sub, rain actually falls behind you. Footsteps creep across the floor.

Coming from a Sonos One SLs for surround this is a MAJOR upgrade. The sound is SO impressive, crisp, clear, and robust. It’s legit theatre feel. I also like the fact that when you’re playing music they convert to normal speakers automatically (via a setting in the app) and then covert to surround while watching normal TV.

Works great. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no aux input, and you have to buy a $20 analog to digital adapter that best buy doesn't sell. if you try to airplay the audio from an apple TV it is fine, but is sometimes a bit laggy. Sound quality is great though and for everything else it rocks.

Excellent speakers for surround duties in a Home Theater setting. We have them mounted on stands behind our main listening area. Very pleased with its performance!

We set up a single Era 300 in our master bedroom, and it is an amazing addition to our sound system. The sound fills the room very well, and sounds exceptional.
We previously had a Move in our master bedroom, and the Era 300 is significantly fuller for the larger size room. We’re glad to have made the swap and now use the Move in a smaller room — but even the Move sounded good in our bedroom which is a testament to the performance of the Era 300.
We love the Sonos ecosystem, as the quality of sounds is excellent, it provides seamless audio across rooms, and the built in voice assistant is great!
Definitely would recommend the Era 300 for larger rooms or as part of a high end surround sound system!

This is a fantastic speaker with phenomenal sound quality and features. I’ve been a Sonos consumer for 10+ years, good and bad, and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of setting this up and user friendly with the Sonos app. Highly recommend!

I recently bought an era 300 and now have a pair to go into my sound system. Truly one of the best surround systems with this added.
Overall on its own, it’s a very good speaker. Definitely more for music listeners with the Dolby atmos capabilities. It can be put in really any room and you will get the sound you want.
With airplay, and Bluetooth capabilities, this speakers is easy to use and one of the best sonos speakers you can get.
It’s definitely pricey, currently at $450, but that pays for sound quality and ease of use.

Phenomenal sound - I have then as a stereo pair in my lounge, with the smaller sonos sub. I get both stereo separation if sitting in the sweet spot, as well as all up "wall of sound" if not (vs one speaker sounding louder than other). Both hifi shop where I first tested these and audiophile friends were amazed. The fact that I could also pay about $1600 for two of these, the sub and stands, is really good. They also fit into our modern home really well vs traditional box speakers. Work perfectly with Spotify and BT.
