Yeah It took a while to purchase the play 5 due to the price but once I did I was amazed!! I use it every day and move it with me from room to room (at least till I purchase a couple more). It brings a smile to my face every time I turn it on and hear those low bass tones. I'm still amazed that it can produce as much bass as it does in its relatively small form. I love it.

Purchased 2 Play 5's and paired them in stereo. Great improvement over the first generation. Playing old vinyl through the system and enjoying it immensely.

this hefty guy will give you authentic sound. If you close your eyes you would swear there was a live concert going on in your house. You have a CD player or another record player with your favorite artist, no problem , just use the line in. Use the TRUEPLAY feature, or adjust bass and treble to your preference , pair it with another Play5 ,and get some awesome sound

Having owned the original Play 5 for the past 4 years, I was a bit skeptical about the new model, as it had gone up by a hundred dollars in cost. What a pleasant surprise! The new Play 5 is MUCH BETTER than the original! More Bass, More Bass and More Bass! A speaker that outputs higher SPL's than it's predecessor, and has a better overall sonic balance, too. Highly recommended....

I try many different Styles Of streaming speaker and funtionality also quality of sound and features on the Sonos is way superior over all his competitors. Always have used Bose but comparing both Sonos is more flexible and user friendly. The software allow you to play your iTunes music and Apple Music without the need of have a device on just for that purpose.

Nice improvement over the previous generation of Sonos 5 speakers. Better audio quality, slightly sleeker interface. Nice. (Though pricey.)

Love both the 3 and 5. The sound of the Sonos 5 fills up the kitchen and the family room. We use the 3 outside by the barbecue and pool. We bring It in at night and use it in one of the bedrooms. A real sound system.Great sound , easy to use and the 3 is easy to move

With wi-fi was able to play music on my computer and phone. Excellent sound quality. Can't wait to purchase more speakers for other rooms in the house.

I wanted something with great sound quality and this is far the best quality sound system I've ever had before. It is well worth the money and i can't wait to purchase additional ones for the rest of my apartment. I love listening to music and this is very easy to use and set up, love the fact that it is WiFi, very easy to use. I recommend it to everyone.

I love Sonos Play:5. sound amazing, portable The other thing that is great about Sonos is the app. Music from a whole bunch of sources, like Spotify, Amazon Music with subscription, your own mp3 collection, etc and play them seamlessly. It's really really convenient, and I love it. It doesn't have bluetooth integration but You can add a bluetooth receiver.

When we first heard the sound that came out of this speaker we were in awwwwe!!!! This got us started in buying the whole system. Worth the price!!!!!

Sonos 5 is something I received as a gift, and I already had an older Sonos speaker. I wondered why my buddy got it for me, and he told me to plug it in and listen. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The 5 produces amazing sound quality, miles ahead of any prior Sonos speaker...or any other brand out there. Excellent speaker and the Sonos platform is super easy to use. Love mine.

This is part of an entire home entertainment system. Combine all the components and it's absolutely awesome!!! Play 5's are worth every penny!!!!

Took me a while to talk myself into buying my first SONOS product and now it's an obsession. Every piece I add to my system impresses me more. The Play 5 was the big seller. Sound quality and ease of connectivity is unmatched by any competitor I've found. Expensive, but well worth it!

The play 5 is more than I expected, and then some. if you are looking for big sound from a wireless speaker, buy two... its worth it..

I purchased two play:5 speakers for my sonos system to use as surround sound speakers. These have great sound and definitely sound a lot better than the play:1 or play:3 speakers. At the same time, they are much pricier. Nonetheless, I do not regret purchasing these. Go to a bestbuy with the sonos system on display and test these! You will fall in love.
