I was skeptical about spending money on this system, simply because it is so expensive. I thought that it must be overrated, but I was wrong. I bought the whole setup, but these Play 5's are great even by themselves. Really great sound - lows and highs. MY wife confiscated one for the bedroom so I had to get another one, but totally worth it!

Sonos (all products) have superb sounds. Wireless control is a sweet plus. Play 5 has excellent sound. Highly recommend this product.

I use it in my kitchen, and also take it out on the patio. Fills both with excellent sound. No distortion regardless of the volume.

Best sounding single speaker , with any type of music , I have heard at this price. Was told by salesperson that line-in could only be used if speaker was on wi-fi. Found in the Sonos app where you can change settings to use line -in anywhere even without wi-fi. Portability Makes this speaker much more valuable in my eyes.

Did extensive research to ensure that I was getting a sound that I would be happy with but also wanted a system that was easy to set up and that I could build on as needed. The Sanus Play 5 was the perfect solution. Very easy to install and I've been very satisfied with the quality of the sound.

This speaker does a great job for family rooms, sitting rooms, kitchen/dining rooms. Great sound and fills the room.

Couldn't be happier. Can't wait until they update the Play:1 and Play:3, so I can outfit the rest of my house. Highly recommended.

Easy setup , connected easily to the network. Was running in approximately 10 minutes. Would recommend for anyone .

We love the included bass in this speaker! No sub needed but it is always a plus. We have this in the great room in addition to the soundbar for full intensity when we watch a movie. We also use this to play music in the background while using the soundbar for the TV at the same time. Can't wait to add more speakers to the house!

This speaker sounds great in both outdoor setting and inside. I love how it's versatile and can be moved around. With only requiring Wi-Fi connectivity this speaker checks all the boxes I was looking for. My only wish was that it was waterproof so that it could be kept outdoors. Recommend this speaker any day of the week!

I was skeptical about the Sonos system fell in love with the home theater system so I was skeptical about the play 5 put it in my bedroom it was amazing sound, great highs, and mids , but was Amazed by the bass ! The only thing i did not like was that you can't connect directly via optical, or usb to my Samsung big screen tv ...

Ease of use and aesthetics. This product is far a beyond one of the better electronics pieces I have purchased over the years!

This was the first of three Sonos products that I have purchased. The simple setup, along with the app on my phone, had me up and running within 15 minutes. The speaker outputs amazing sound for such a small bookshelf sized design. I have this in my living room, but can hear it throughout my apartment.

I have a Martin Logan ESL speaker system and did not expected I will care to use or listen to other speaker. After setting up the Sonos speaker, I am amaze of it sound quality and ease of use. I started with a Play 3 and soon after purchased a Play 5. I will add more Sonos components in the future, even in my second home.

The Sonos speakers have amazing sound quality and deep rich bass rivaling other speakers that cost much more. Then when you add in they require no wires and all speakers all work together through WIFI and they especially work well in a smart house. Very happy with this purchase will be buying more in future.
