Loudest is just perfect for a speaker of this size clear and loud works.

Excellent little speaker

But I’m not an audiophile. I use it to extend my Sonos system into my bathroom, so I can’t speak to its battery life, but the waterproofing is excellent

The Roam is no exception. I would recommend SONOS any day of the week. Absolute quality.
