I have three Sonos subs throughout my home setup. So when I set up my courtyard system and bought the Sub mini to reduce cost in a partially outdoor setup, I was not expecting the level of bass this little guy can put out. I am delighted with this piece of equipment. For reference, it was paired with an older Playbar and Play Ones (one SL and one Regular so I can use voice commands).

The subwoofer is very compatible on my subwoofer and the surround speakers. The sound quality is the best.

I bought this for my fiance with the Sonos Gen 2 soundbar. I am glad I also purchased this because he enjoys bass while listening to music or having the surround sound on during a movie. Definitely purchase this in addition to a soundbar if you like bass. The bass is filtered enough to stay in the living room and not travel throughout the house.

This little guy makes my home theater setup complete. It is excellent for subtle and also ground rumbling bass. Explosions rattle my wife’s trinkets lol.

Looks and sounds good. The black color matches the TV color and my furnitures.

Sub 4 is a powerhouse addition to my Sonos arc ultra. Its deep, rumbling bass adds incredible depth to music and movies without distortion, even at high volumes.

The mini is perfect for my smaller living room, but the smaller size doesn’t keep it from throwing out some serious bass. It was super easy to add to the Sonos app and connected with my Arc and LG TV immediately. I love it.

Amazing sound. I just love the base this sub woofer punchs in. I am using it along with a sonos arc ultra in a huge living room. The sound quality is awesome and completely fills up a huge space with clarity.

This sub is one of 4 Sonos products I have. The bass is clear and shakes the room at low volumes. I usually have my sub set at -3. And it goes to +15.

Excellent power and bass for such a small size package that can be tucked away in a corner and forgotten about. Pairs so well with the Arc for a total listening package. A must have if you have the budget to buy both as it really makes a noticable difference. Reliable wireless connection as well and happy to report I haven't run into any issues a year later.

I purchased the Sonos One SL about 2 years ago, and was floored at how good it sounded by itself. The only thing for me that could be better, was low end. I’ve always wanted this sub and finally purchased it and it has fully rounded off the bottom end and again, blew me away. Truly awesome.

Adding the Sub Gen 4 to my Sonos Arc was a game changer, the experience is awesome, this Sub is no only bass, it also makes the experience deeper and it helps the Sonos Arc unlock its full potential

Great subwoofer especially for a pair of sonos ear 100. Love how easy it is to connect the sub. The sub mini sounds great especially against a wall. It also just has the power cable so no need for extra cables. It does connect through wifi so make surr it connected to the same one as your other sonos speakers.

I’d just bought surrounds (era 100s) for my beam gen 2, but definitely felt it was lacking something. I was never really a bass heavy guy, but my dad convinced me that it’ll complete the system. And no joke, it blew me away. It made a huuuggge difference. People on Reddit seem to feel the same as well (which was another reason for buying). The bass is crazy, maybe a little too crazy. I rarely max out the bass (because it’s just way too much, but it’s cool to show off to other bass lovers. It also makes the center and surrounding clearer and more crisps, since there’s less focus on bass for those speakers. I don’t have a massive room (it’s about 12x12 feet), but I can definitely see this being more than enough for larger rooms as well. Don’t regret it one bit and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I think you need the sub first before getting the surrounds.

Bass is super ridiculous in a good way, better than the Samsung one I had…!
