    I can’t get the Dam thing delivered. Your service on computers over the internet is terrible. Waited 3 days and 9 hours and never got my computer fixed. The price of the package needs lowered with this kind of service

    This subwoofer doesn’t really put out very disappointed

      I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the Sub Gen 3. If you’re not getting the performance you expected, here are a few things to check:

      Placement: Ensure the subwoofer is placed correctly in the room. It’s often best placed along a wall or in a corner to maximize bass output.

      Connection: Verify that the subwoofer is properly connected to your Sonos system. Check the Sonos app to ensure it's configured correctly.

      Volume Settings: Make sure the subwoofer volume is set appropriately. You can adjust this in the Sonos app under the subwoofer settings.

      Room Acoustics: The acoustics of the room can affect how the subwoofer performs. Sometimes, moving the subwoofer slightly or adjusting the placement can improve the sound.

      Firmware Update: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your Sonos system that might improve performance.

      Calibration: Re-run the Trueplay calibration in the Sonos app to ensure the system is optimized for your room.

    Product is a pain to sync, worked for a couple of days but not anymore. Waste of money and frustrating when dealing with Best Buy customer service

    The description stated that the sub included all cables but there was no power cable inside the box. This is unacceptable!

    Benjamin at geek squad will not return my calls multiple calls since May. The set up is not complete and we cannot use the product

    Unable to get sub to connect to Arc and SL surrounds. Called Sonos and Geak squad for help but still no connection after trying for 2-3 hrs. Returned it

    Bought this with the Sonos arc soundbar. Couldn’t get the soundbar to connect to my LG C1. I ended up returning both. Don’t waste your time.

    We didn’t get to use this because it was damaged in the box but once they are back in stock we will thy again

    I have had nothing but trouble with my Sonos system since I bought it. First it must have a LAN connection to operate at all. That makes no sense, this is a speaker system!! And when it loses its LAN connection, which it does fairly often, it quits working. I have an eero mesh router and 1 gig fiber optic LAN into my house, so that should not be a problem. Second, it is supposed to be a Google speaker. That only works intermittently??? All this tells me that their software is buggy which takes away from being able to listen to a quality sound system.

    I have been debating on whether to buy the Sonos system or not. I finally decided to take the leap after taetimg the sysyem several times in Best Buy and listening to different types of music. I’m so glad that I made the decision to buy the system because the sound is incredible, it is easy to set up, and it seamlessly integrates with everything. I wish I would’ve purchased it sooner.

    Fantastic Addition to my Sonos Atmos Soundbar

    Fantastic addition to my Sonos Atmos soundbar. The sounder sounds pretty good on its own but not fantastic. This subwoofer pushes the Sonos Atmos Soundbar from pretty good to AMAZING!. The low rumbles shake the concrete slab foundation in my home. Even the theme songs for shows sound so good and are so rich because of this subwoofer. Well worth the cost to the system, don't hesitate. I've not had a single issue with it or the system. It stays connected (wifi), is responsive and sounds great.

    Fantastic bass

    I got this to pair with my Sonos Arc and it makes a world of difference. I think the Arc is mediocre on its own but with the Sub it becomes great. I got a Sonos Sub Mini at the same time and tested them both out. While the Mini was very good and more affordable, this is an even better speaker. The Mini seemed like it was trying too hard, and I could more easily pinpoint where the bass was coming from. This bigger sub provides a smoother, richer, more encompassing sound. Its bass is effortless and wraps around you. You feel it in your chest. While occasionally I've had pairing issues between my phone and Arc that caused me to wipe the system and start over again, I've had no issues between my Arc and Sub. Its build quality seems fantastic and, while large, it looks nice. It does show dust easily with its glossy finish though. Overall, expensive but great sub that dramatically elevates the Arc.
