I was looking for a high quality pair of headphones for a couple of reasons. First, I travel a lot. Initially, I went for the Sennheisers and the Boses. But I found out that I just can't do over-the-ear for long periods of time. Another condition was that they could be used via cable - sometimes I needed to be able to use them without the small amount of latency a wireless connection has. When I got the 1000x's from Sony, I was immediately impressed. The high fidelity of the music, the range of the drivers, the app is easy to use, the codecs that it supports; they were all top notch. I love my headphones. I wouldn't trade them for anything.

For the price these can be beat, sound is above average. Amazing battery life and good connections and mic Bought as gifts for my mom and she’s more than happy with them

I love these headpohnes, easy to pack - and not easy to lose unlike in ear headphones.

I use these primarily for my work phone. They paired easily and calls sound better than from my phone. The charge lasts all day and music between calls sounds fantastic.

These headsets sound Wonderfull. Rich and vibrant. However, that comes at a cost. Battery drains too quickly.

The sound quality is great as is the noise cancelling. However, it does seem to have a mind of it's own sometimes. They take up far less space in my carry-on than my old Bose headset which is really nice. They also are able to be used with a regular headphone jack which means I can use them while watching in-flight movies.

I was amazed at the quality, both sound and production. Often times I forget that I have them around my neck. They are so light weight.

Hands down the best noise cancelling wireless headphones. Comfortable, easy to use and the microphone works well in noisy places.

WOW these in-ear head set is the Bomb. I have bought Bose, I-more triple driver, other cheap headsets, Jabra, and this is the best for you money and the awesomest listing experience in total sound recreation of sounds highs and bass. I am totally blown away of the sound quality. Get this when on sale, because its kind of spendy, but its totally worth the money. sounds from 5hrz-40hrz, you get full complete sound reproduction of your tunes. I totally recommend the head set, period.

Bought these for my son for Christmas and see him wearing them all the time now while on his laptop. He'd used earbuds and wanted something better but didn't want an over the ear set. These seem to fit the bill. Don't know how they sound. I've bought other Sony headphones and have liked the sound and from the specs this set was comparable to mine. I asked him after three months use how they work and he had no complaints.

Bought these for mowing. Work great! Will be perfect for travelling too. Comfortable fit and pretty good noise cancelling.

You really cannot beat the sound. It is crystal clear and very comfortable to wear. Pricey but worth it

I travel a ton and the big over ear noise canceling headphones just take up too much room in my travel bag. While these headphones do cancel out noise, I can still hear the screaming child 5 rows back, but to be honest, doubt anything could have blocked that screaming.

It is really a good earphone. i bought these earphone for its noise cancelling function and i doesn't fall me. The function is really impressive. the only thing annoys me is that it is Very hard to open the cover to make it charge. Everything else is perfect for me.

I owned the older version of these and this had a lot of the features the older ones didn't and i guess i expected more in the quality of sound with the noise canceling and other new features. I feel like i bought my old headphones which I liked a lot.
