Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the excellent sound quality and comfortable fit of the 1000X Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones. Positive feedback also highlights the long battery life and user-friendly touch controls. However, some customers find the headphones to be a bit expensive and heavy. A few users also noted that the volume could be higher and the fit may not be ideal for all head shapes.

No more battling Tv's! I can finally watch my movies without a background of auto races and news programs from the study.

I originaly bought the other brands of headphones but did not really like them. Once I tried theses out, they were great. Awesome noise canceling and sound generation. Works great.

I bought this headset principally for its noise-cancelling capabilities, and thus far, it's proving most capable indeed.

Noise cancellation was quite good. Comfort was fine. Phone calls not great. Sound was good, but I ultimately purchased B&W P7 wireless. I use HP at home and didn't need the noise cancellation. In my non-audiophile opinion I much preferred the P7 sound signature. This pair did not play nearly as loud, lacked some bass, and leaked a lot of sound from the muffs. I wound certainly recommend to those needing noise cancelling headphones.

Touch controls and Nose Cancellation, and NFC pairing are GREAT. Somehow the sound quality was not as good as the floor sample, and yes, it feels a bit bulkier than Bosse 35. I had to return it though: what killed it for me was that my phone and business Skype could not connect the seamless way my Plantronix Edge office headeset switches between the two. Its a shame, given how great the touch controls and the noise cancelling are.

does everything you'd expect. Had a set of Bose headphones which cost about the same amount. I'm happier with Sony.

I purchased the Bose QC 35's first and returned them because the Sony's we're on sale, for cheaper, to try them out. The Sony's by far blow them out of the water, I figured I would return the Sony's, I was very surprised. The NC was just as good, if not better, and the extra features on the Sony make it a no brainier.

I've owned the QC35s and prefer these in sound quality over them. The noise canceling is maybe a smidge better on th QC35 I'll admit but both are pretty stellar. The earcups are pretty comfortable for long listen sessions. I enjoy the touchpad features on the right ear cup and NFC pairing. These features make the higher asking price over Bose worth it in my opinion. I do not have a LDAC compatible device to test the codec.

After reviewing these for about a year I decided to pick some up on a small sale. These have all the simple gadgets needed, would recommend to Sony using 2-3 Bluetooth chips for multiple pairing, and the quality is solid, as with all Sony products. Very pleased with all the features and sound quality.

I bought these headphones after research and speaking with a sales associate. I have owned Bose headphones in the past, but I have always been happy with my Sony products so I gave these a try after speaking with a Best Buy associate. These are at least as good as my quiet comfort headphones if not better. The multiple noise cancelling modes make these versatile while offering a premium listening experience. The controls were tricky at first, but after using them they turned out to be rather intuitive and now I use these almost everyday. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for quality noise cancelling headphones for travel, study, or just listening to music.

This is one of my best purchases and it is pretty well built product. I am not a audiophile or something but the music from these headphones pleases me a lot. This is better than the Bose Q35 in all the counts except that this is a few grams heavier..as if I care!!! Worth the price!!!

I got these for anniversary present and they are fantastic. The noise canceling feature is better than my old Bose headphones. Being able to control volume and track selection using touch controls is awesome, as is the ability to touch right side and temporarily turn of noise cancellation.
