The headset is just what it was advertised - noise cancelling. The sound you hear on the headset is perfect. It a pleasure listening to music, videos with such clarity.

I work in an open format office. Everyone talks a lot since that's part of the job, but when you need to focus, these help so much. I only use the silencing mode, and it will drown out most "filling the air" noise out completely, and muffle considerable distant talking. Voices near you will still be audible, but it would be as if you're hearing them while covering your ears yourself. They are mostly comfortable, though can get hot if it's in a hot environment. These also work well on Airplanes (probably ideal location). I heard there is a new model but there is not a substantial improvement.

the sound quality on this is great. when the Nc feature is on it works amazing. my wife gets mad at me because i do not hear her when she is talking to me.

They are great! The associate showed me the difference between Sony head phones and the Bose I was looking at and let me hear the difference. Pricey, but they all are.

I'm really enjoying these headphones so far. Compared to the Bose Quiet Comforts they're definitely my first choice. Bought these for plane rides, coffee shops and programming at the office. Noise canceling is excellent any all environments.

I got these for my husband to replace his Bose he likes them much better they have great features you have to go try them!

These headphones are of quality construction and sound great. However My ears got way too hot after 20 minutes of continuous listening and I had to keep taking them off. I took them back. Hopefully no one else will have this problem.

I have gone through quite a few pair of headphones within the past 2-3 years (Beats Studios, V-Moda M100s/Wireless, Yamaha Pro) and these are my favorite pair. It's wireless and supports APT-X, has great noise cancelling (and has my favorite feature of holding your hand on one side to hear everything around you), great gesture control (volume/pause/skip), and is pretty comfortable compared to popular headphones. The sound quality is great (just be sure to always have the power on or else if using wired without it being powered the sound will degrade). The battery life is amazing at around 20 hours.

For many years Bose has ruled the high end audio department, but after I've tried these Sony's, I can honestly say that there is a couple, and Bose better be careful!

Perfect Headphone! Loved the Noise Cancelling and the feature to Stop it just with the hand on the side of the phone. And the sound it makes is clear and super awesome.

I listen to a lot of music, I love using it for in the office and on plane rides / trips to block out the outside noise. Sound quality is awesome and crisp.

These are hands down better then Bose. Sony is really starting to push out great products again. These will not disappoint.

Love these headphones. I needed some new headphones for traveling and these are great! I love the feature of cupping the right ear to be able to hear your surrounding.

Bought this as a surprise for my husband. He was soooo happy with them and won't be caught without them. Highly recommended for anyone that's a picky headphone user

Very nice headphones. I have looked at the Bose QC35and Sennheiser Momentum 2 before purchasing these. I believe Sony has the edge. I'm very happy with my purchase.

These headphone perform very well. The touch volume controls are a nice feature. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that the charging USB port only seems to work if plugged into a laptop. None of my other USB chargers work.

The from these cans are very good. Deep base and good highs. Sound canceling is also very good (much better than my old AudioTechnicas). Buttons are a bit small and tricky to use. But, overall, a great set of NC headphones

These worked exactly as I desired. They helped make my trip less stressful. Also, enjoyed the feature that allows ambient hearing without removal of headphones.

These are the best noise cancelling blue tooth headphones I have ever owned all exterior sound disappears. They also sound excellent well worth the price.
