This is a great lens for the money. Very wide field of view and you can get a nice blurry background as long as there is some distance 5' or more. For that really blurry background you will want a 1.8 or 1.4 aperture.

Great product! Had to return due to the fact that it was not compatible with my camera but it was with my siblings. Really sharp quality.

I had considered buying the black version of this lens (all black), but this was cheaper and works just as good. The other might have a slightly wider view but it's s neglible. This lens is easy to get on and take off. I'm glad I went with it.

This is a great landscape lens. Panoramic pictures are so easy. I have not tried the fish eye or wide adapters, but hope to. Other reviews have said that it is soft around the edges, but I don't see anything different.

It's referred to As the Pancake Lens. But don't let that fool you. This Len's is a f2.8 16mm Lens that's got the perfect focal length for Vlogging as this is a Wide Angle Lens.

Great starter lens with good crisp quality pictures from this pancake lens. Quality of it is very well built and it is also a good back up and can fit easily in the bag

I love this lens because I can use it in tight spaces and it lets in loads of light. It is indispensable to me. I also have two primary lenses. Some distortion around edges, but for the price it's great.

I bought this lense to take pictures for Real Estate and needed a wide angle lens. I purchased this as well as ordered the wide angle converter lens and it is ideal for taking pictures of rooms. Covers all the area I need. Very satisfied.

First time using a wide angle lense. Took a little finagling to get into my Sony A7. The track was a slightly difficult to align. The quality of photo is amazing with the correct settings.

This is a great lens to add to your camera bag for wide angle shots. However, If you are using it on a full frame model Sony it will be closer to a 24mm than a 16mm due to the crop sensor model.

Lens has a nice wide angle takes great pictures and when it's on the camera (a600) this camera fits easily into my wife's purse

I needed a wide angle lens to shoot a xmas program. Ran into best buy to see what was available. This lens fit the bill for me. It handled the lower light well because of it being fast.
