The volume was kind of low and didn't have enough bass. Sounds different at the store

This product is just perfect for a small size room. I needed a quality product with a small size sound bar because of limited space. The sub sounds good and can be hid without taking up a lot of space.

I have a small Xbox set up with tight space and this unit is compact and full of punch. The wireless base unit is perfect and easy to connect. Bonus points for the included optical cable that’s actually long so I didn’t need a new one.

I bought this on sale with the recommendation of the Best Buy Tech. It was on sale & man I realize it was a great deal. Easy to use & put together. Sound quality is awesome. It’s got enough kick to fill my open living room & feel like a theatre or cut it down & still hear great quality.

Super easy to setup. Just plug it in turn both the soundbar and the sub on and they instantly pair. I connected my soundbar to my TV using the included optical cable. Sound does still play through the TV so I just turned that all the way down. It is so much easier to hear everything and the sub great

I had a hard time choosing between the Sony ct290 and the mt300. I am very happy I invested a little bit more for the mt300. I use it mainly for gaming and movies with occasional music. The small but compact sound bar and subwoofer pack a punch! You can even put the sub under your bed for a more immersive experience.

Sound quality is good. The small, slim size is nice.

Need more detailed instructions for installing equipment. Elderly people are not up on all the new chords,cables and different names of the installation process. Thank God for Comcast serviceman. But that should not be necessary for them to hookup something bought from your store. Not happy about no instructions.

The size is compact and it has a good quality sound

Small footprint but big sound. The ability to stream via bluetooth make this little sound bar perfect for my bedroom. My only complaint is the bass from the subwoofer is slightly lacking but I knew that going in because of other reviews.

I love this sound bar. It’s crazy that something so small can let off so much sound! I’ve even had complaints from the neighbors, which definitely says something! I would definitely recommend this sound bar. I use it in my bedroom and it’s perfect for the size of my room.

So this being a Sony product you should already expect the sound quality to be above the industry standard. Personally, I love how compact the subwoofer is, a couple of those hooked up in an area can really put out some bass with no loss in quality. Great for the more classy sound set up since you can easily hide the subwoofers. Sound bar is a little too small for my taste but this is for the more casual/classy/compact audio set up. PROS: Like all Sony products, this sounds amazing. I don't regret buying this set. The compact style makes it more versatile for various setups and situations. Reasonable Price. It's Sony Audio. CONS: Sound bar could be a bit bigger.

Streamline sound bar not obvious and narrow standup sub woofer that really puts out great base and full sound quality

Excellent sound quality. It was easy to setup. I connected to my Sony Bravia tv. I recommend this soundbar for people who want to have crisper sound quality. No issues so far.
