It boosts the audio adequately and because my TV is a (newer) Sony as well It is possible to control it with the tv remote (no more fumbling around with multiple remotes for multiple devices)!

Could be a little better if the sw and the speakers were more surround/ stereo sounding. For the price I expected better..Pair with all but the S7 edge..It sound like its missing the full room stereo sound

The remote is good but easy to hit the wrong button . Hard to back out of the selected functions.The sound is good for but gets way better with the Sony soundbar.
