I'm a Sony fan and I'm pretty confident about their products. This is my first soundbar I bough and I like it, so easy to set up, I can control it with my tv remote control that it's great, all the features are enough for me, big sound improvement compare to the tv speakers. The reason why I don't give 5 stars is because I'm not happy with the volume level, sometimes I have to cracker up to the limit, that's my only complaint about this product, but I love the clarity of the sound. If you are not looking for a movie theater sound, this unit will do the job.

I got this with my new tv because I figured it would work best, like it says use one remote. Well not so. For it to even be recognized by the tv I have to do a combination of turning th sound bar on then my tv or vise versa. Now I have it hooked up through the ARC hdmis with a 4K high speed cable and still nothing. I'm very disappointed by because now the sound bar barely gets used and I feel it's a waste of money. Now using the Bluetooth and listening to music it sounds great very low distortions at high volume and the bass is super tight and responsive. I bet it would sound great for movies

We bought this product on sale for $100 off-great buy! We love the high quallity sound for TV, movies and music services such as Pandora or Spotify. The base woffer speaker really adds to the overall high quality sound experience. Love it!

I have this soundbar for a few months now and it has made a huge improvement in sound quality as compared to the TV built in speakers. The setup was easy, just plug in the provided optical cable from soundbar to TV and you are done. I do not have HDMI (arc) option on my TV. The sound is crisp and clear and you can hear pretty much every sound effect during the movie. which is a great improvement over the TV speakers. I had to purchase a new remote (4 buttons Fios remote) to program my soundbar, TV, and cable box. Now I can use same remote to control cable, TV, and sound. There is one little issue, once in a while I have to unplug the sound bar in order to sync with the subwoofer. other than that everything is working as it should and am very happy with my soundbar. Wish I have done that years ago. :)
