Good Companion to TV

Once updated it is working well although the sub woofer seems less powerful than the 10 year old system it replaced.

It plays well with the Sony TV as far as being controlled for off and on, but the sound quality is not as good as some others I've heard. So why did I get a second one? Because a power surge burned out the HDMI inputs on the first one and I had a geek squad contract that replaced it. So, this review is more a positive one for the geek squad than for the soundbar. But as the title leader says, this unit is still quite a bit better than the native speakers on the TV. It also has a lot of connectivity ability with other devices in the house.
