I bought this sound bar because it was on sale but wanted a different one later. This was supposed to be to past the time with. When I connected it and found how to operate it AMAZING SOUND.

This is a very nice sound bar for the money. It works great with all my device.

Pretty decent sound, but what they don't tell you is that if you buy the additional two speakers for "surround" sound, that at approximately $200 each should be amazing, (which actually hardly make any sound at all unless they are at ear level and possibly only really relevant at high sound levels while watching a movie) don't have output that is even audible at lower levels, especially when listening to music via YouTube, etc. The speakers each plug into the wall, and with their weight and individual electrical cords one would think that they would perform like any other self powered speaker (but they don't) and there is no adjustment to make them louder... not through the phone app (which is horribly complex), not through the sound bar, and not through the TV. Don't buy it... and ESPECIALLY don't buy the auxiliary speakers to improve the sound... won't make any difference.

Was able to bluetooth to my Bose headphones, which is the reason I needed it.

Got this with our tv, it was a good deal since it was on sale with the package.

This unit is great for small room, I wouldn't recommend this for a big room.

Going from surround sound to a sound bar was a first. Didn't know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised. This sound bar works well. All hooked up through HDMI. Minimal cords needed.

We didn't plan to buy a sound bar - but glad we did and the woofer adds that extra depth to the sound. Only downside is the dog thinks the woofer bass is thunder so hides in the closet

I didn't have room for a full 5.1 setup, this works great as it supports HDR, HDCP 2.2 and HDMI 2.0 for 4k/3d passthrough. I am also using the ARC feature for netflix TV app sound.

Sound projection is great for room size. I like having the dual volume options with the subwolfer.. My family and friends really enjoy this sound bar. It has high quality sound.

Bought this on sale for 350 during the holidays of 2016 and Could Not b happier. My kids says our living room sounds like a movie theatre now lol. Highly recommend getting one.

The stand-alone sound quality is pretty good. It talks about the ability to add additional surround sound speakers. But you have to buy a specific model from Sony and they are very expensive.

I discovered there are no bass/treble controls on the unit. That makes the adjustment difficult. Also, the sound is projected upward not outward, And, there is no way to adjust that feature. I would have engineered some sort of articulation that would allow adjustment of the sound thrust. Oh well.

I was not sure about this product but I gave it a shot,. You give up some things in regards to previous ones, (no FM) but it meets the need and you won't be disappointed.

This caused me to get a TV upgrade and get a new big TV, I'm still sorting out installation issues and wanting to do this myself without geek squad. I think i can, I think I can.
