Great sound. Very easy setup. Enhances Television watching tremendously.

The sound is really good! However I would of liked if the bass can be a bit stronger. And sometimes when you have it synced with the tv, the speech to sound is a bit off. But overall we love our sound bar.

The little LED that shows volume is tiny. I would suggest putting volume level display on the remote (add the channel too). Sound is good. Like that I can select "voice" to enhance people's conversations.

This sound bar matched my Sony TV. It was easy to install/mount on the wall. The ARC connection works very smoothly. It makes a huge difference in the sound since flat screen TV's internal speakers suck.

Overall, the sound bar is great but the bass is left to be desired. If the bass was better we would give it a higher rating. Also, we purchased it on sale and it was $299.99, so it was well worth it.

Sounds great, turns on quickly, deep bass. Only issues I've had is it doesn't always turn on the subwoofer. In fact, it works so well, someone broke into our house to steal it and our TV!

The Samsung tv we have doesn't have the best sound so we wanted to get a sound bar. Our friends had purchased the Sony bar that was a step down from this one and we didn't really notice a difference. You definitely notice a difference with this sound bar. It gets the room a rocking!! I also love the blue tooth feature so I can play music from my phone.

This soundbar sounds good. My only issue is that it sometimes the sound does not match up to the TV shows. It's seems to lag a bit but that may be a WiFi connection issue. Just not sure

It's a pretty good sound bar. Easy to set up and configure, however for me I have hearing problems and would of liked this more if it were louder. All in all it's a good sound bar

So this sound bar seems to have all the right features. It has Bluetooth, 4 HDMI ports, optical port, google cast, wireless sub-woofer, expandable wireless surround speakers. However, the first one I got did not work with google cast or HDMI ARC very well. It would work for a while then it would decide randomly to stop working. It would sometimes come on with the TV other times not. I returned it to Best Buy it was within the 15 days. The replacement I got worked for 30 days then it started to lag. The sound would lag behind the picture and it would get worse the longer you watched. It would also take forever to boot up (5+ minutes) when it use to take less than 1 minute. After calling Sony customer support i finally got someone to agree that it needed to be taken in. Sony wants you to use the Chat feature for customer support but it would time out before the sound bar would load. Then Sony sent me the instructions for shipping the sound bar. They forgot to send me the shipping label i had to call back and get that emailed to me. Once I sent it to their technical repair. I got a call when they received it. I got a call to tell me that they were going to replace it. I got an email saying the same thing. It will take 5-7 days to ship it. I am waiting for that, they said they would send me the tracking number. Here is to hoping threes the charm. Summary best features for this price but I have had two bad bars. Sony customer service it bad, not terrible just hard to get a hold of. Once you get it to the repair people (third party) they are really good at communication.

Was looking to boost the sound in my home. Absolutely loved the quality and movie theater likeness with this sound bar. Love to play music and can hear throughout the house.

My sound bar fits great in our family room, doesn't take much space but produces amazing sound.

Before purchasing the sales associate told me I could pair my cell phone to the Bluetooth. Which that allowed us to test it out. It was very simple to pair and the sound on it was awesome. Liked it so much that we bought the tv to go with it. With that combo watching football is almost as good as being at a live game.
