Bass isn't as powerful as I was expecting for a 300 watt powered version, but it is not bad. Overall sound is balanced, but if you are looking for powerful, bumping bass, look elsewhere.

EASY AND GOOD SOUND

Just mediocre

Chose the sound bar as that seemed to be the way electronics were going. Purchased the sound bar and two wireless speakers so we could have "surround sound" again. However the two speakers come and go and the sound bar doesn't always come on when we turn the tv on; and the cable/tv remote at times does not control the sound bar volume. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Hit or miss. This is the second sound bar we have tried. Also, we cannot get the audio to sync with the video so you see actors' lips move and seconds later you hear what they said. Very frustrating. We have a very nice Vizio smart TV; didn't figure we'd have any issues with a sound system. Just going to live with it as driving to Best Buy to replace it means a day of travel, 140 miles round trip.

However, my husband wanted it, so we purchased this Soundbar. I have to say that I do enjoy the sound quality. The sub woofer is nice when we are watching movies or playing music through our Apple TV. I would buy this item again.
