This product was recommended to me by the rep after I wanted the model below it. I thank this individual daily the sound is amazing. To be a sound bar placed in front of you sounds still sound like they are coming from behind and on side of you it is crazy! +++++ on included sunwoofer!

Thought this would sound better than the TV, but I am not so sure.

they helped me get my new nt5 sony sound bar Nick and Emmanuel made life easy with a quick demo and walked me to the front full service for real i recently bought a 850 d 4k tv and Emmanuel personally went beyond the call of duty appreciated both of them

The sound quality left a lot to be desired. Truly it is not surround sound. Instead the sound is exactly like TV speakers with bass. I do not recommend this product.

Ok sound for the price. Does not knock your socks off.

I got an open box it's sounded great but was defective. Better than most 7.1 setups honestly but needed to be returned. Don't shy away from this sound bar.

Purchased this along with a new Sony 4k TV. As expected, sound is much improved over the included speakers on the TV. Only drawback is the manual does not explain the various options well. It took a lot of experimenting to make the sound as good as it could be.

Like Other Sony products this sound bar sounds great. I have a LG sound bar on my LG tv and while it sounds good the Sony just sounds better with clearer voice output. The remote is easy to use.

The sound bar supports ARC and 4K pass through, and has relatively decent support for configuration through a Sony TV. On/off behavior is erratic

I was very underwhelmed with this soundbar, particuarly for the price point (~$500). I have a Bose soundbar for another TV, which is fantastic (and worth the additional money). I purchased this soundbar for a smaller room, so I thought it would work fine. The level of the sound is sufficient, but the sound quality is really poor. It also does not have nearly as good surround sound effects as the Bose. I would not recommend this product or buy it again.

i purchased the open box special for this item and it stated that it was in excellent condition and when i received the product it was far from excellent. it was almost as if it was dropped on a concrete floor 15 to 20 times then packaged in the original box with no support inside the box so the speakers were free to roam around and when i opened it the sound bar was laying on the bottom of the box with gashed on the sides and cracks in the medal along the entire bar. don't make the same mistake i made and purchase this item new if you decide to get it.

Purchased soundbar with Sony Bravia TV. Plenty of power. Bluetooth connection to sub woofer works flawlessly. Optical audio connection to Sony TV. The way to go if you have a Sony TV.

Using with a Sony 55" UHD TV and it more than fills the room easily. The bass is not as strong as some we listened to, but we didn't want to shake the house. Also, the price was right.

I love my sound bar. So easy to set up also. I use it for regular tv listening and to play music from my smartphone. Very happy with this spur of the moment purchase.

Sound bar and woofer sound good. Unfortunately not expandable to sound around capabilities.

I bought this to screen movies in my backyard atnight, and it works perfectly. I hooked up a chromecast to it and stream content from everywhere to it!

Sound quality is good. Obviously not a complete replacement for a full surround sound system, but adequate for my needs.

My last laptop was eight years old with a Vista operating system. What a change. I love my 2 in 1 Dell lnspiron and the Windows 10 operating system.

I'm glad that I was given such great customer service that he assisted with my purchases and my family and I are quite happy with my purchases.

The unit works well is easy to set up and use The only thing I wish it would do is come on as soon as TV is turned on
