Couldn't just replace the sub. Second one I got was great. Only with these soundbars would play louder than it allows.

Turns out the sound bar is decent but the sub is complete garbage. This system is no better than my built in TV speakers.

The soundbar system was marked as "excellent", but was missing all of the manuals (easy find on the internet). The big problem was that it was missing a bracket to wall mount it. The sound bar and subwoofer were in excellent condition, but you need all of the parts and pieces Best Buy! I don't recommend buying anything open box on the internet from Best Buy because they don't know how to properly classify their open box products. Do it at the store and make them show you all of the pieces so you don't have to deal with giving it back to them.

Not as great as reviews make it out to be

The subwoofer helps fill out the sound, but the bar itself is not good. If you turn the sub all the way down the sound bar is as thin as computer speakers. Subwoofer was not terrible, but did not have tight bass response. Returned for refund.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its a sound bar, and it works. However by biggest problem with this product is the Sub Woofer. During Use (No matter how high the bass is) The Sub Woofer shuts off and randomly comes back on. I had this product for almost a year, and I will buy another sound bar. This is not worth the money. Consider buying another brand, and/or a different model.

Disappointed for a Sony Product at that price

I have tried to set up different setting but unless i am missing something i dont get it. I wonder if there is a specific way to set it to get that great sound i expected from Sony?

First time was the motherboard and now the same problem a month later. No option except to have it repaired and I suppose this will go on until the warranty is up and at that time I will have to pay for the repair or choose to just throw the piece of junk away. Yay me!
