I have loved Sony Bravia TVs for years because they are the only tvs i can seem to find that have alarms you can set to turn on the TV to a specific channel, volume, for a certain period of time (I've researched, I can't find another brand that has this, only "timers").
Quirks: This specific one sometimes turns on (via alarm) to Netflix or the Google page instead of the TV channel i set, silently, which fails to wake me up. Also, sometimes the volume control fails to work on certain platforms, until i revert back to TV, adjust volume, then return to the platform.
Otherwise it's a great TV.

Love this TV. Received tv and set up fairly easy. We have cable and don’t want the Google apps so we aren’t using that. This tv has a beautiful picture and the sound is good and loud. Soon people said it did not a high volume but it does. This goes in a bedroom and is just the right size. I think you will love this tv if you get it. We have a bigger Sony in our den and we have enjoyed it also.

This TV is perfect for my needs. Nice crisp picture quality. Ease of use. Fits my TV stand. Was delivered replacing an older Sony Bravia that had been on its last legs (they don't last forever just a long time). Price was very good at around $300. Its nice how you can talk into the microphone and tell the TV what to do.

We had an older version of this product that gave up the ghost after many years of good service, and I’m pleased to report that we enjoy the new one even more.
The picture quality is even better, very clear. The new one is also much lighter than the old, which is great because we have it wall mounted. It’s the perfect size to have a great movie experience without overpowering our whole living room. Very much recommended!

My husband is having health issue's and his mobility is extremely limited. His tablet & the TV are something he relies on - and our upstairs TV quit. Since I changed the TV in the master bedroom to a Sony after replacing the one downstairs with a Sony we decided to to go with a 65” upstairs and it’s Wonderful - the color & clarity are amazing.

The quality on this TV is excellent! It is easy to access different apps. I wish there was a way to have a default setting that turns on my Xfinity first. Unfortunately, I still have to use the TV Remote to access Xfinity. Other than that, I am very pleased with the TV!

We like Sony TV's. This was for our bedroom, we wanted to get a Sony 43" TV, it would not fit were it would have to go, this Sony 32" TV fit just fine.
The people we delt with at the Dover Best Buy were Really Nice.
We have gone to the Dover Best Buy for a number of years for our Electronic Needs, the sales people there are very knowledgeable about Electronics.

We have a TCL 32" TV that was having some issues with Google TV. So we bought this TV to see if the issue was with the TV, our home network or something else. The issue was something else but we kept this TV because the picture quality is amazing compared to the TCL. We tried to adjust the TCL to the same settings in the Sony and just could not get the colors the Sony had even though the settings were the same.

I very much enjoy a Sony Bravia television because of the picture quality, sleek design, and sound quality. I especially liked that the legs of the television were not too wide apart. This television fit perfectly on the television stand I already had and this was a plus for me. Other televisions of this size had legs that were too wide apart. Thus they would not fit on my tv stand. A great television.

Picture is beautiful. However, TV is slow to start on Roku controller, and sometimes reports losing internet connection, even though a check of the connection shows that it did not. Still a good device, just a bit of a problem with internet connection. Once we have it on a network, it is fine and behaves well. Not sure if the Roku is an issue or the TV. This only started to happen when we increased our internet speed from 75 to 300 Mbps, and got a new router, so this may be just a problem with us and not the TV.

To help you resolve the issue of slow startup with the Roku controller and intermittent internet connectivity, please follow these steps: 1. Restart the TV. Perform a soft reset by pointing the remote control at the illumination LED or status LED and pressing and holding the POWER button for at least 5 seconds or until a Power off message appears. The TV should restart automatically. Wait for approximately one minute, and the TV will turn back on. If it does not restart, press the POWER button on the remote control to turn on the TV. 2. Power Reset. Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Let the TV remain without power for 2 minutes, then plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet and turn on the TV. 3. Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength. Ensure that the Wi-Fi signal strength is strong. If the signal strength is weak, try placing the router closer to the TV or ensuring there are no obstructions between the router and the TV. 4. Interference from Other Devices. Make sure there are no devices like microwave ovens, cordless phones, or other wireless devices that could be causing interference. If possible, power off these devices when not in use or keep them away from the TV. 5. Router Frequency Band. If your router supports dual-band frequencies (2.4GHz, 5GHz, or 6GHz), try using the 5GHz or 6GHz frequency bands for a more stable connection. 6.Power Cycle the Router.
