I really like this tv. My son helped me pick it out, and the sales person was very helpful as well. The picture is excellent, sound is much better than other flat screens I've seen. i only have "free" stations, and this works great with an indoor antenae! Easy setup for blueray as well.Price was great. REally Happy!

got use one had a laptop charger instead of tv hook up took it to store .They gave full trade in value for new Sony well you no it got bigger one with all the toys on it. had ordered 2 of the used ones 2nd one came in well it had wrong remote set it up with the other remote did not care for it took it back to store got full credit on m y card .Just think No other store would take every thing back an treat you like a real person. WELL BEST BUY HAS ALL MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON.

Excellent picture quality. Very easy to set up as long as you have Wifi, and lots of options for accessing content.

I really like this TV, and I'm sure it has many features that I don't even utilize because I am just not that savvy. It has great picture, the sound is decent, would probably be better with a sound bar. Intregated beautifully with the Sony Blue Ray that I bought later.

I got this TV for the bedroom to replace my old 40 inch Samsung LCD. The picture on this TV is really good. With that said, it does have minimal blooming during dark scenes but that is to be expected of LED's. I also don't like how this TV takes a while to power on before you can watch any programming or access smart features. Lastly, you can't mirror your tablet or phone to this set unless it's a Sony tablet or phone, which is really annoying. I download a lot of movies on my tablet and love the ability to mirror them to my TV without having to use an cables. All in all though, I do think this is the best 40 inch tv in its class for picture quality which to me is the most important aspect of any tv.

Have another bigger Sony TV and this one has just as good of a picture and a long list of streaming services available. Easy to setup the networking and was watching a movie within minutes!

Crystal clear picture, colors are bright, high definition is super. Great size for watching movies. Sound is good.

Nice TV for the size. We have other higher end and larger TV's but this one works and looks great in the kitchen.

This is our second Bravia purchase. Higher cost than a large number of 1080p LCDs but the picture quality is unmatched. We have a couple other sets in line for an upgrade, and we will likely end up with Sony/Bravia products again. Also, Best Buy has vastly improved In the last couple of years. In the past it was not a great experience shopping there, especially if there were any issues or something needed to be returned. They have done a 180 in customer service.

With the exception of Sony TV'S that utilize their Triluminous Display technology, this is the best non-4K TV on the market. Period. Yes, Sony usually costs a little more than their competitors, but when it comes to quality video equipment, you always get what you pay for. Sony continues to make TV'S with the most life-like images available on a TV. This TV is no exception. Read all the expert reviews and compare the images of all the major brands of TV's and you will see.

This is an excellent TV with great picture quality. The smart TV apps work fine and are fairly easy to use. The sound quality is poor. You'll want a sound bar. We're happy with it so far.

Great quality picture with, both movies and video games (PS4). It is a breeze to play PS3 games directly on the TV, just hook up a PS3 controller via a USB cable and you are set. Using apps such as youtube and browsing the web is not the fastest out there, but it gets the job done. When loading a video, once it has loaded it, it streams seamlessly. Hooking up an external HDD is also very easy, plug and play, it loads videos very fast and the quality is excellent.

Set up was easy, and teaching older adults to use the new TV was not to difficult. Quality of picture is great.

We needed to replace TVs in our bedroom and library and this TV fit the bill. Although not current generation, this is our 3rd and 4th Sony Bravia TV. Colors are rich and excellent out of the box, great blacks. Viewing angle isn't the best (inherent to LCD/LED TVs) but suitable for us as we are never more than 25 degrees off center . Smart functionality is good, too!

This TV has a great picture. Since it is a smart TV, it is convenient having a Netflix button on the remote. The kids love being able to easily access the show they want to watch.

For the price, great picture and easy to use! I recommend a sound bar.

We purchased this tv per the recommendations from the sales person. The picture on the tv is pretty good. We use netflex a lot and the tv seems to turn it off in the middle of watching a show. I don't know why this happens. I will have to talk to Best Buy about it. The tv would be great if it didn't turn off the netflex. I would recommend the tv if you don't use net flex, otherwise I would not recommend because it is very frustrating.
