I bought the TV for its Smart option... my wife wanted to be able to watch Netflix and serf the Internet without having to turn on blue ray player. Only dislike, I have to read up and learn how to get onto the Internet... not an easy task without instructions!

The quality is as expected very good with apps at your finger tips. Easy to connect. I think I made a good choice and definitely recommend to others. Good price at Best Buy.

We became aware of this TV when we saw it in the store. The picture & sound were great. They have continued to be great since the set was set up in our home. The price was competitive & we consider it to be a good value.

Wasn't convinced at first, watching it everyday and with the bluray upscaling , I didn't really see any difference until I went to a brother in laws house and noticed that the older 1080p TV was not at clear as my new 4k.

I've had this Sony flat screen for two months already, and I couldn't be more satisfied...if you're looking for an LED, smart tv, that is compatible with your PS3 remote...this is the one, and at an affordable price too

Being a big fan of Sony for many years, just fell in love with one more product of Sony. Switched from my Samsung TV to it. Both the image and the sound are better. I call Samsung "not bad", I call Sony "the best ever".

The picture on this screen is very nice with little darkening from extreme angles. The sound was a bit to get used to from our last flat screen, but we have now adapted and the sound is much richer than our last set.

Honestly, Sony TVs are the best when it comes to quality! They may be a bit more than other brands, but it's definitely worth it. The picture quality is amazing.

Finally upgraded from the "big box" TV. I am very happy with my new Sony 40" HD TV. Perfect size for the bedroom, and nice clear picture, and easy to use.

We are pleased with the quality of the picture but find it a bit slow in warming up. We have not purchased a new TV for some years so they all may have the same issue. Connecting to Netflick is a breeze.

Best Television at this price range, went to buy either Samsung or LG, but ended up buying Sony. It is picture quality which matters the most in the television and Sony is by far the best compare to its contemporaries.

I am a young fella, and my father bought this for me about a month ago. This is a great TV and for the price (considering what you can do with this tv) is awesome! The hardware is solid and the screen resolution and motion flow is really smooth. This tv can also wirelessly link up with your playstation 3/4 and that is the main reason why I wanted this tv. Take my word for it, consumer reports show the proof as well. If your looking for a tv that's not small like a 32" or really popping in your face like a 55", where U can watch it in bed without it being too bright, look no further. With all honesty

Having purchased a different brand of TV one time, we realized that was a mistake and have returned to the Sony brand. This is a great TV for a bedroom or den.

I now own 5 SONY Bravia TVs. The picture quality is great and the reliability of the TV's is magnificent. The 40 inch screen display and the new features like one buttion access for Netflix enables easy use for my kid.

This is our second Sony, Our first was a tube TV and was still a good working TV in which my husband had a hard time letting go. The quality is great. The picture and sound are fantastic, glad we went with Sony.

Great television: easy setup, excellent picture. The only setback is the volume (which is the most common complaint). Other than that, great television and I definitely recommend this product.

We had a Sony TV a few years ago when we moved we gave it away. We purchased a Nother Sony TV and were very happy with it. improved because it's a smart TV and it does not have the long delay when you turn it on

Have had a Sony for over 30 years and would not have anything else. The colors are the closest to real life I have seen. They last a long time. My last one was 20 years old and only replaced it to have a flat screen.

This is a very nice TV. Very good picture quality. First "Smart TV" we've owned. First non-crt set. I thought the sound was a little tinny. We hooked up a Sony sound bar to it though and I'm very happy with it. Not too sure I would like the sound without the sound bar, That is why I only gave it 4 stars

Very simple to install and get started. For a 1080P HD Smart TV I consider entry level. For a smaller room this is perfect. Picture is bright and clear. Stand is almost invisible! This is a 60hz motion rate TV so keep that in mind although the software makes it appear to be a 120hz. Happy with purchase.
