Good value, great picture. Good way to get started streaming. Have only used preloaded apps so far. Took some getting used to in switching between regular broadcast and streamed shows.

This has been a great TV from our old school box tube. We have enjoyed the clear picture. The sound is ok & we added a sound bar which is needed with most flat screens. Would buy it again.

Forty inch is perfect size for the bedroom. Love the interface with the remote big improvement over earlier version. Great crisp image also.

Hemmed and hawed in the store deliberating on this Sony or a similar sized Samsung with more features, but less money. Glad I made this choice for the Sony. It syncs up with my Sony soundbar perfectly. However, i'm not a fan of where all the connections are in the back of the unit, as the mounting bracket blocks most of the extra HDMI ports in the back. But it is such a light TV, taking if off the mounting arm shouldn't be an issue. Yeah, right, that's why i'm giving it 3 of 5 stars. With a better design to accommodate the mounting bracket it would get 5 of 5. Way to think ahead there designers!

I can't say anything bad a bout this tv. It's excellent. Clear image , nice sound, thanks to best buy rep for suggesting this sony tv.

This is probably the best TV of its class. My only gripe (and this is probably true for all smart tv's in its class) is that the streaming apps are so slow hence 4 instead of 5 stars. But if you use Apple TV or (insert favorite streaming device), then this is a non-issue.

We are loyal buyers of Sony and our 40" Bravia TV was an excellent choice. The picture quality is by far the best!! We buy all our electronics, etc. at Best Buy because they are the best!

I briefly looked at the other manufacturers but it didn't take too much thought to narrow it down to a SONY... Got it home, mounted it on the wall, kids took the remote...no issues!
