Perfect size for the small household living room, Great picture quality, Sound output could be better. App store needs to have latest apps or should converge with Android/IOS platform.

I finally gave in and bought a TV for my bedroom and it is great! I wanted a 40" Sony Smart TV and this was it! Easy to install, lightweight, love the features like Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu.. It's always easy to find something to watch, I love it!

This is my # 3 TV sony in my house and I can't complain about any thing, again I feel very happy with my purchase

Although the TV can be a little slow in responding to remote, the picture is great and it plays Netflix very well.

Picture is perfect. Fills entire TV frame. Stand is sturdy, low, and much more stable than other "stands."

I was looking for a TV to mainly display slideshows of photos. This one appears very color accurate with good blacks which make the photos "pop". It is a little slow loading photos from the usb drive after the tv is first turned on, but ok after that.. I get a little glare on the screen from surrounding windows during the day, but don't think another TV would be any better; I am looking at anti glare films as possible solution. I have not done too much with video, it appears ok but not great (maybe need some adjustments). The sound is average. The apps work ok, but can be a litlle slow to load. But for the price a great deal and meets my needs..

I was able to get this TV on sale and the picture is excellent. I also have a 55 Bravia so I am very confident in the Sony Bravia line at this point. I haven't played with the smart features too much but the picture control and settings are great and easy to use. Overall this makes a great TV for a small room.

Bought my boys each one of these TV's and picture is great and size is perfect for their rooms on the wall.

The detail and picture is clear.. Sound is amazing for the size.. Price is fairly cheap!! Will buy again!!

My wife and I decided to stay with the Sony Bravio family of TV's since we have always had good luck with them. We were not disappointed. This was a smart TV and was easy to set up.
