I love this Sony TV - Second one that I have purchased.

Overall glad I bought the sony, did not know to buy separate voice control remote or that the android was the only devices that could connect (not iPhone, iPad (not that i have found). Have not found quick button for timer. Overall good product and purchase.

I bought an new DVD player to be able to see the Ultra HD capability and it could not read the UltraHD disc. Supposedly, the player also upscales the picture, but it doesn't look any different than on my existing HD TV.

Don't buy off the floor like I did This was in the box on sale close out Just ok tv

Picture not nearly as good a Samsung, it was on sale for 450.00 so I'll live with it.

This TV is real...just bought one 5/19/2016. Got it home...lowered the contrast down to 70..brightness up to 35..turned off auto lighting and what do ya know...superb picture and haven't even a chance to test 4k picture yet. USB works with movies on my external hard drive awesome. Hooked up laptop and PC via hdmi. Perfect !! I have a LG soundbar that works great via optical. The sound I noticed on this TV is really great even without the soundbar unlike my Samsung TV. Bluetooth doesn't work with my headphones, but it's ok. I have a Bluetooth transmitter..plugs into headphone output. I'm really liking this TV. 120hz native panel. 4hdmi..3 usb..1 is usb3.0. Direct lite backlighting. Great video and audio codecs plays all kinds of files and not to mention all the smart apps and Netflix button. This TV is a keeper. If you can find a better TV at the same price...buy it and good luck. This is a great piece of electronics. Oh yeah...Netflix/Amazon streams thru my router great at HD. Haven't had opportunety to test 4k yet. This thing only weighs 31.5lbs..can pick it up and carry it all day. Has everything I needed..My antenna picks up all the channels I need as well.

I just had it set up this morning. I am VERY pleased so far. Sound bar (HT-CT390) is awesome. This is my first flat screen tv coming from a 20 yr old 27" or 32" box tv. It's nice to come into the 21st Century. BUYERS SHOULD KNOW that this tv came out about 2 wks (according to Sony customer rep) ago. SO you will have to call customer service to have it registered under your account until they update their systems. Be tough because you will be told there is no such tv I got worried and called customer service. I was on the phone for 20 mins and was disconnected. Rep made me feel like I was making up model # and asked if I had called Best Buy. I told them it's not BB's problem but Sony should know what products it has etc. I thought for a moment I had made a mistake in buying this tv. On my second call, I explained the situation, told them of my concern of no one knowing about the tv, not being able to register it etc. said that I would file a complaint if I couldn't get it registered. I was given a reference # for the registration. The second customer rep acted like a customer service rep should act. I also got an apology for the first call.

We have been very pleased with the quality of the TV.

Just got this on 5/19/2016 so far its fine! Nice picture blacks look good color good. I didn't know much about this model not much info but was told look at 810c model its the same and it does what I am looking for without spending to much happy so far will update in a week or so if problems.

Just relocated back to the USA from overseas and our shipment from the movers wont arrive for another 3-4 weeks so I picked this up just to use on a temp basis until our other living room TV arrives. As it turns out this is a fantastic TV which I will probably end up watching more than my "main" 55" TV just because I like the picture and features so much better. I set it up using the built in wifi with my Amazon Prime and Netflix account and my MLB.TV account and have no issues streaming video resulting in a beautiful picture. Setup was super easy, and my one complaint is that the TV leans back a few degrees with the supplied stand, normally this would not be a huge deal but because its in a wall cutout above my fireplace (high up) I would rather have it lean a little forward than a little backwards. Other than that I'm very happy with this TV given the price I paid.

Did a lot of research before purchasing this TV. Most of the reviews only on the Best Buy site. This model resembles 55X810C in specs on Sony's web site, so decided to go with this smaller unit and so far happy with the purchase. $700.00 for Sony 4K seems good price. Android operating system OK, still developing, with many apps. One big complain is lack of decent documentation.

This tv is amazing was a little concerned when it was not on Sony website. Great picture I traded in 2 TVs within 1 week before picking this one up very satisfied

I recently purchased this TV and have to say that I could not be more pleased with my purchase. The color and picture is great, especially when viewing 4K content, but even 1080p content such as video games look better than my old TV. The biggest surprise for me was just how fast this TV is when navigating the Smart TV features. I have used four or five different Smart TVs in the past (all were either Samsung and LG if I remember correctly). Never once have I used a Smart TV that is as fast as this Sony 4K TV. The streaming features are very convenient, and my first impression of Android TV is good. It is laid out very cleanly and overall just looks great like everything else with this TV. I would definitely recommend this TV to a friend over any other TV I have seen in this price range.

This TV worked great until it failed an update an went into a continuous reboot of the Android Operating System. All Googled attempts to reset, forced factory reset etc. have failed. Sony Customer Service says there are no recalls on the Main Board, which the failure description indicates. This TV was only a little over 2 years old and is out of warranty. This Main Board was recalled on TV's like this made in 2015, but not mine made in early 2016. I bought this TV in 2017. I think Sony needs to acknowledge this problem in this group as well?? https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00165623
