Great value, and simply the best TV I have ever owned!

Movies and games look amazing on this TV well worth it

I am very pleased with this Sony product. I tried a cheaper brand first and returned it to pay a little more for Sony. Better picture, better features and no "glitches" connecting to online apps.

This television is the easiest, user friendly television Ihave ever purchased. The remote controls all of my accessories and I had to do almost nothing to configure it. The picture quality is amazing.

This is our first flatscreen TV and very well satisfied with overall performance. Quality of picture is excellent and ease of set up in our home was fast and easy.

Original TV. was defective. After 7 months and numerous repair visits . I finally got it swapped out. New one seems to be working OK. Thank God I had the insurance policy. Regardless if something goes wrong within the satisfaction guarantee time, swap it out. Do not have it repaired. (Insurance was 22% of the purchase price). Satisfaction guarantee is from Best Buy. Insurance is from the GEEK squad. Best Buy, easy to deal with, GEEK squad not so much.

I bought this TV as an open box deal, which I was totally fine with. I got it home, and the picture was great!! With slow to moderate movement.. if you're ok with ghosting, this isn't a bad TV, but I am coming from, what I was informed at the time, their top product, the kdl800 from a few years back. It's been a great TV, and I was really hoping to get yet another amazing product. Sadly, the TV I have is a 120hz screen, and this is not. I returned this TV due to the strange artifacts that were created around objects when there were any fast movements. I've heard great things about the 900 series, so I truly hope the added cost of the set is worth the quality. The question below asks if I would suggest the set to a friend. To that my answer is that it depends greatly on what they were wanting the set to accomplish.

Don't get me wrong, quality of picture - great, easy operation, easy set up. The only "but" is, my old Sony Bravia, had much more options to connect other devices to it. Old laptop without HDMI, Wii, Audio out. Now I'm trying to but converters and that should fix it. Great quality on Netflix, YouTube etc.

I can not believe how beautiful the colors are, watching the Olympics is so much nicer than on the TV that I just replaced. And all the features, OMG, didn't know I could do so much with a TV.

Bought this size specifically as a gift for a person who is having vision problems. Color, clarity and sound are perfect and has brought many hours of fulfillment to this person.

This Television has a great picture with a quick refresh rate providing the viewer with natural brilliant colors and vivid contrast. It was easy to navigate through it's setup.

Easy for seniors to use, not too complicated. However my 9 year old grandson can work magic with it, knows more than I do! Good value for the money. Perfect size for apartment.

Picture and features are the best I have ever seen. It was more difficult to set up than described, but we hired a GEEK to come out and install and set up everything and it is great.

We purchased this TV after our 10 year Sony was damaged while playing Nintendo. Not having time to research we went with this middle of the road model mostly due to its Smart TV capabilities. Sure the extreme black levels may not be up to par with videophile expectations in dark room settings (which you can adjust somewhat in picture settings) but due to our wide great room and large windows lots of daylight the IPS screen works great. It looks good from every angle in the room and have a fabulous picture when viewing content from Youtube or Netflix, as well as very bright and vivid picture (after tweaking somewhat) watching regular HD from the set top box. The remote is very functional and the voice feature is an added bonus. Still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles of the Smart TV functions and still tweaking picture settings from time to time but all in all we're very satisfied with our purchase.

Purchased this tv for our anniversary while remodeling the living room. It looks awesome. Very easy to install. Beautiful picture !!!!! Best purchase I've made in a long time.

Bought this TV on sale after doing some research online and in taking to the staff at Best Buy. The staff was very helpful in my local store answering my open questions and helping me compare my final options. I chose this TV based on the reviews, options and as a plus this item was on sale. The set up was quick and easy. Love the picture and quality seems good. I replaced a 10+ year old Panasonic plasma that still worked fine. We don’t have many chanels/programming broadcasting 4K so I have yet to get the full viewing benefit of this upgrade. I hope to get the same number of years out of this Sony...
