My husband extensively researched his options before we made this purchase. We happened to be in the store and very knowledgeable associate explained and demonstrated the differences between the LED and the QLED and that cemented the decision. We get so many compliments about the quality of the picture when we have visitors in our home. The favorable financing arrangements are a bonus!

I did not realize how much J would love this TV. The picture quality is excellent and the controls are intuitive.

I purchased this particular TV mainly because of the amazing picture quality and the Sony name. The only problem I've experienced is that for a while whenever I would turn the tv on the next day, i would at time spend a half an hour to 45 minutes trying to get apps to work because the tv kept losing the wifi signal. I did a Google search and found it to be a problem searched by many. I came across a post that someone said they deleted the sling app and their problem went away. I tried doing the same and so far so good. Im hoping it stays that way. Other then that, love the tv

I had a smaller and older TV that worked just fine but I wanted a larger one and one with better features. This Sony fits the bill very well. As a almost senior citizen, I was concerned that a new TV would be beyond my capabilities to set up and connect to my WiFi. This one was soooo easy!! In a matter of minutes, my TV was not only set up and ready to watch but I could enjoy the features already built in. The picture and sound quality is really good. Would I buy it again? You bet!!

I bought this for my bedroom. Decided to upgrade to 4k since there are no 120hz tvs under 50". What a great tv. Zero motion blur. Nice and bright. Viewing angles are fantastic too. Its nice having netflix and amazon and hulu thru the tv so you can have 4k content without purchasing a separate 4k device. If you are looking for a tv for your living room or theater room id cough up the extra cash and buy the next model or 2 up. But for the $799 i paid this was more than enough tv for my bedroom.

This TV has a great picture and access to many, many apps. Can be linked to your Amazon Alexa and has many of usual apps plus some I have not heard of. Has a thin bezel around the edge and is light and looks great mounted on my wall. The holes to mount on the wall are kinda close together but seem to do the ob. I am using this with COX Cable Contour box and am very happy even though most content is not 4K. Looking forward to watching some 4K shows on Amazon or Netflix

I don't even know where to start I love this TV everything about it is beautiful it's thin and looks incredible on its stand the UI and menus are very easy to navigate through its fast with absolute zero lag or blur on my Ps4 the picture is stunning it's absolutely phenomenal words cannot describe how incredibly beautiful it is its crisp and clear and clean and perfect side by side other top models from Samsung, LG, and Vizio this picture easily outperformed I am so happy I purchased this TV.

My friend and I each bought a TV - he bought the Sony that is the subject of this review, and I bought my husband a Samsung 43" TV on our Anniversary for his man cave. The Sony rocks - great picture! My 4 instead of 5 star is two-fold: 1) the sound is average (probably needs a soundbar) and 2) the picture is not as clear unless you configure the picture to letterbox (not my preference). But it's a great picture overall and Best Buy matched a promotion that Costco was having, so it was a steal for the price!

Bright, vibrant color with excellent contrast. I was also pleasantly surprised by the sound quality.
