I have been completely satisfied with this purchase. Set up was really easy, the quality of the picture is excellent and the ability to toggle between sources is habit forming. Dimensions and weight worked perfectly. I had an 11" deep shelf which eliminated other brands in this size class.

My boyfriend and I were on a search for a 4k tv with a native 120Hz refresh rate at a decent price. It has a great picture, has plentiful ports, and even has a fairly decent stand. The only gripe I have about this is the built in chromecast in the TV. It doesn't stream Blu Ray content even over ethernet very well (buffering every few seconds). The Chromecast we had bought for our previous tv works better. But other than that, great TV!

We bought a 49 inch Sony TV after comparison shopping online and at various local stores. We decided on the Sony because we liked this model best and because Best Buys priced it right. It is a great TV (color, clarity, sound) and we are very happy that we made the right choice.

I have always been a die-hard Samsung customer. I went into the store intending to purchase a a Samsung TV. However during the conversation with the sales team, I was shown a Sony on display. I could not keep from looking at it. It won me over, and very happy with my purchase.

I have been faithful to sony for 25 years, this purchase did not disappoint. I researched online and spoke to about ten electronic store reps, this product line is elite! The picture is stunning, setup is fair, but one would benefit from keeping the product guide handy, it is a comfortable viewing size, not too big and definitely not small at all. Nice and sturdy tv stand included. Very please with this purchase.

I am quite pleased with this purchase. The size is perfect, picture is great and the sound quality is much better than the smaller tv I previously owned. The in-store associate was very helpful and his knowledge of the different brands helped to make this purchase decision very easy.

I am not only completely satisfied with this terrific tv, but was also very impressed with the program on the site which helped me decide what flat screen to buy for my.living room. I was further impress by Best Guy's technician who delivered and installed the item!

After owning this TV for about 3 months we have had no issues and are glad we made the purchase.

This TV in a word is amazing right out of the box. I've recently purchased an all Sony system including the ultra 4k bluray player and the picture and sound quality is outstanding. If you are looking for an ultra 4k tv at a good price I would recommend the Sony 800E series to anyone.

Great television! Bright colors and great HD . Chose this because I had trouble seeing text with previous tv, and this one is absolutely perfect with good contrast! Also want to thank the Geek Squad for installing it and connecting it to Verizon. Well worth the fee.

I Love this TV! Would buy it again. Brilliant display of colors! So easy to use. It's so gorgeous; the frame of the TV doesn't cause too much attention. All the attention is on the screen. Gorgeous! Ever since I bought it, I've chosen to stay home more.

Besides the stunning picture (without any adjustments) this screen is great from extreme side angles. Our TV room is wider than deep so it was very important that the picture looked good from angles. It's better than good, it's great from even the greatest side angles.

I bought this Sony after a disappointing experience with a Samsung tv (lasted only 7 years). The color is much better, has much greater spectrum of colors. The hd is also tops. My brother has a Sony tv that's 15 yrs old and is very pleased. Hope this one lasts a long time also.

Nice picture. Easy to setup. I have not been able to find the sleep timer however.

This Sony TV is great. I use the PS Vue app to watch TV directly from the Home screen.

We upgraded to a larger tv. Our Samsung 40” was still working ok. We wanted to get a larger screen since the new ones don’t have that large framing around them. We got this Sony as it has an amazing picture. The colors and clarity are outstanding. Setup was easy.
