Needed a new TV to replace an old plasma. While plasma has great quality, the TVs are very heavy and generate a lot of heat. This TV doesn't sacrifice picture quality at all (it's even better) and it is much lighter and has much better functionality

This is my second SONY X800E Series TV's. Very happy with it. I use Sennheiser Headphones with it and this model actually has a headphone jack that can be connected to the base station. Great color and easy to use Android operating system

This was an upgrade to our family tv, we love it!!

Works as advertised. Great picture. Great sound. More features than I am capable of utilizing. Very brief and small instruction manual. Use with cable box, which requires a second remote!!?? Hard wire to my wi-fi laptop with 30 foot cable to use internet.

tv was mounted on the wall so everyone can see it from the open concept beautiful apt that I just moved into...THe best buy service personnel were excellent .They made everything perfect and did not rush.. The orientation to the tv was efficient and comprehensive.

This is our bedroom TV, which replaces a Sony that finally gave up the ghost after many years. I bought a cheaper replacement brand, but quickly returned it, as the picture quality was a letdown. Sony picture is gorgeous! We love this TV.

This is our first smart TV...not sure why we waited so long, but it was worth the wait! We did our research on several TVs and decided Sony was the best. Best Buys Geek Squad came out set it up showed us how to work it. We have been happy with our purchase.

Very good TV. A little more expensive than Samsung and LG, but well worth the money. Apps are good. The machine is a little slow when using the internal smart tv, but has plenty of HDMI ports. No problems whatsoever with Nvidia Shield or Roku.

I purchased the sony 49inch tv... I got in on sale for under $500...really great picture...great internet streaming for all my movies and TV shows...very happy with sony as always

my 75 year old friend had a tv about as old.. we gave him this for his birthday and he cant believe it! unplugged his old one, and put this in right in the middle of the party during one of the NFL playoff games at halftime.. brought tears to his eyes

I had a Vizio HDTV which for years had given me great service but I figured it was time to get a new one. After comparing the Sony with the Vizio, I was sold. Took Sony home, easy to install and even easier to use. Could not believe the difference.

For the price I feel this is a great deal> was very easy to hook up

This TV was to replace a TV that died before it's time. I picked Sony because of it's reputation for reliability. It was very easy to set up but for some reason, not all the HDMI ports got great HDR. The documentation was not very helpful, and neither was Roku. I am using the TV to stream 4k, and the rest through the Port. Maybe it's my settings. How to know?

Everything looks great on this TV, especially Netflix! I purchased a Sony 4K Blue-Ray player at the same time and the combination of the two makes even standard definition DVDs look fantastic! So far I have been tremendously pleased!

I previously owned a 40" Sony that lost it's picture in a lightning storm. This TV is almost the same size overall with a 9" bigger screen and the same great picture. This is my third Sony TV purchase and I think they keep putting out a great product.

I used to have one Sony TV 32 inches, I liked a lot, but always wanted to get a bigger one, and last year I decided to get a 49 inches 4K Sony TV. I'm still trying to get the most out of it. But I know it is a good investment, and I liked it.

A great picture, I have always had a good shopping experience at Best Buy

More difficult to use "smart" features than previous tv. Thumb drive slide show doesn't work yet.
