GReat TV hard to navigate

Excellent picture in room with large windows

It replaced a 9-year-old plasma. The biggest reason I chose this Sony is because you can dial out the soap opera effect that's common in other LCD/LED TVs. This is one of the fantastic 800 series from Sony.

Great Tv for watching movies

I always expect great quality and amazing products, and this tv just made me love them even more. I had an issue with their product once, and although it was upsetting, it just meant I was able to move on to something bigger and better.

Good TV but be Aware of the Frame Rate

While this TV does produce a beautiful picture, the 60hz frame rate is noticible if you are used to 120hz. Unfortunately, the issue bothered me enough to return this set and get a 900 series. Best Buy was great about the return and really helped make sure I would like the new TV.

Love the apps

We purchase Sony TVs because of the great apps offered and Chromecast built-in. Because of this we can watch HBO, HGTV, and pretty much everything! We have had some times where the Chromecast drops signal, not common, but has happened a few times, leaving my rating 4 stars.

Different from inside the store.

It still shows a great picture but I’m wondering if I used the wrong HDMI cords to connect it. That’s the only thing I can think of.
