Good picture and good sound. It was a good asset to our home theater.

This is a great tv!! It has everything you would ever need and more. There are a ton of apps, including Amazon Prime video. My favorite thing is the remote has a button you can push to go directly to Netflix and Google Play

Within the first few days, I have had some issues. First it was the sound cutting out. Then when I would turn the television on, it wouldn’t go right into the television screen mode. It would power up to different screens. I was told these problems were software related.

We not only considered Sony, but Samsung and LG as well. Admittedly, we had previously owned a Sony XBR. For the price, we found the Sony, once again to be the best value. Color rendition is awesome and 4K is everything you would expect.

I wanted a more recent model tv than the LG I had. Using this tv connecting to other devices streaming screen mirroring Google assistant all amazing features and so much easier to use but I was hoping the picture would be better for the price but oh well

First off, I am not a tech person so I don't have all of the latest and greatest but I did take my time before purchasing a new tv and this Sony was hands down the best value on the market. You get what you pay for, what else can I say?

Good buy. Know the product. Brought the same model & type 11 years ago. The Tv was no problem. Gave to my daughter. We needed a TV we could read the program guide on. Great help from the floor on the different models & types of tv.

This is my first 4K experience with a SONY smart flat screen. Setup was fairly easy for the Xbox 1 to obtain the full 4K gaming. Beat Buy had the best price of any retailer.

This was an awesome buy ,the features are great love it.

I was watching this television within thirty minutes of removing it from the box. the installation and set up was very simple and had no problems. this is my first smart television and being a sony it has lived up to its reputation.

The tv is nice and the screen works for what is needed.

It's a great tv excellent picture quality but when use the menu sometimes it's to slow like I press the menu button takes like 5 to 10 seconds or sometimes more than that to react other then that everything works fine i like the sound quality it's really decent for a tv

We really appreciated the knowledge of our salesman. He took the time to find out how we would use the TV and also told us the features of the TVs on display. He was very helpful in our decision making process.

This unit needed to fit existing openings and the fit was perfect! You find it is more spacious then it looks, freezer down below is great and different then what our old side by side was like. Happy with the purchase!

When I went to the store explicity asking for the manager they gave me the salesperson. He tried desperately to ask perform the activity without success. After about 20 ' later, he got the manager.
