This TV is unbelievable. Just say into the remote want you want to see or hear and it comes to you. It's like having a butler serve up whatever you want. The picture clarity is clearly unbelievable.

I'm sure by the time this review comes out this model will have been replaced but just know Sony has done it again. Let's TV is amazing and interacts pretty well with my Google home I love it.

We purchased a 49" Sony Bravia TV and Bose sound bar at Best Buy recently, and we LOVE the picture and sound! Our Best Buy sales guy listened really well, and got us just the right gear :-)

I knew as soon as I saw this television I had to have and I did and will again in the near future.. It has features you need in a tv and I totally recommend this y’all!!

There's a small hole in the box it came in. Two items missing. A triple a battery. The AC cord that plugs into the wall, and to the power pack. Also, wasnt I suppose to get sling TV for 30 days free? How do I go about that? Was the 40% included in my purchase? Thanks.

Our provider doesn't yet have much 4K content so we bought this for its upscaling ability. However Netflix content is spectacular. We are grateful for Geek Squad in getting the TV set up!

I was a little weary on buying a Sony tv but it wasn't until the salesperson brought it to our attention that the Samsung which I currently own is the same at a reasonable price

We had a Samsung and Westinghouse prior, lasting less than 3 years and berely five years respectively ! We decided to try this Sony, which was on sale, after seeing your flyer

And even better support from Sony.. We had some issues with the Netflix streaming, and Sony’s support team was awesome in helping getting the issue resolved.

I absolutely love this TV. The Google intergrated software is my favorite feature. I love being able to use my Google assistant to watch yourtube or Google anything.

Amazing smart features yet easy to use. The voice command on the remote makes shows and movies very easy to find. No need to scroll to each letter.

It’s perfect TV To hook up with Xbox One X to play 4K games. I love it and I have this tv for almost 2 years and no problem at all.

The black levels on this set are horrible. In a dark room or a dark/nighttime scene, the blacks look like they have a smoky, fuzzy haze over the screen. If you like horror movies or play video games with dark scenery, this TV is not for you. Local dimming and full array back lighting fix this issue which led me to exchange the 49" X800E with the 55" X900E. The difference is night and day. Much better picture with beautiful black levels.

What can I say? Well this is the 2nd TV of the same model that I purchase. I love the TV and now I for my daughter and myself.. excellent tv for gaming

Mine will be used for a gaming console yet to be built....I have not used it yet, but I am confident that it will live up to the hype!

I LIKE MY NEW SONY TV. THE RESOLUTION IS VERY GOOD. THE REMOTE IS GOOD TOO, BUT THE CHANNEL GUIDE IS THE WEAKEST PART OF THE WHOLE PACKAGE.

Was very pleased with the efficient performance of Geek Squad double agent Erik in setting up the TV and providing explicit instructions for its operation.

The picture is good, the biggest problem is waiting 2 1/2 minutes for the tv to turn on. Called Sony, they have no idea why. May return it and switch to tv that turns on quicker
