We got the tv and set it up. The picture quality is HORRIBLE. We were aware it wouldn't be HD, but we didn't realize we still wouldn't be able to make out CC or tv names because of how blurry the screen is. I've made multiple attempts by changing the screen settings with no success. I wish they'd tell you that you should definitely buy the HD channels to actually have a CLEAR picture.

Had to return it because of a red dot in the screen that would not go away. So I got a Sony Bravia thinking I would enjoy the same really nice features as the Samsung what a let down. The Sony model, having a great picture, is really poor in its features. Compared to the Samsung I felt I was working with a tv at least 10 years behind in technology.
