    Got it Monday remote stopped working on Wednesday. Replaced remote, Thursday TV quite altogether. Replaced by the same model. My opinion it is a good unit but software is horrible and terrible blacks with no detail. My 9 year old Sony does a better job.

    Great picture, nothing else works

    I bought this in part to be sure I could use mu external speakers and headphone, making sure that it had red and white RCA jacks in the back for that purpose. They do not function, and are labelled as inputs. So I bought a Bluetooth headphone, and the set will not connect to it. The headphone is in "pairing mode," and the television merely keeps "searching for devices" and not finding it. Great television for watching, but I cannot watch it at night after my wife goes to bed, and I cannot watch programs that have sounds that will disturb her. That means that I am able to watch almost nothing with sound. This thing is a disaster.

    Bought this 4yrs ago...and it no longer works...no power at all. It just stopped working. I changed out the power cord, nothing.

    reboots continually - totally useless after 3 year

    after 3 years of great service this TV got stuck in an infinite reboot loop. Apparently this is a common problem and is a hardware problem that is too expensive to repair. I wouldn't touch Sony with a 10 foot pole. This TV may well die on you pretty quickly :(
