Great picture. Great sound. Awesome features like Google Play and Netflix built in. Worked perfectly out of the box. I’d buy it again.

The picture on this tv is incredible. So very happy with it. Could live without all the crazy apps, but that's the world we live in.

Great 4K HDR tv for the price. Do not use the apps they are not good. I am using it with my apple tv and the picture is incredible.

Was so pleasantly surprised with this product. Bought it for my mom for the picture, crisp and clear...... We are Samsung users and now this has changed our mind. However we do not use the smart part of the TV.

Very clear picture. We like the black frame that disappears into the cabinet. The installer set it up for just one remote..

This TV was a great purchase for the money. The picture is bright and realistic. It was easy to install. I like the cord management built in to the back of the set. The sound is not as good relative to other Sony TV's I have owned as the speakers are on the bottom of the screen. However, I am using the TV in a small room so it is not a problem, I just turn the volume up. My only complaint is not TV related, but Best Buy related. It took almost four weeks to get it delivered. I purchased it on line and the problems began. I ended up calling the corporate offices and found Dan who was someone who was helpful. The normal customer service helplines were nothing short of irritating and uselessl. All they were able to do was tell me what UPS was telling me. I will only purchase from Best Buy if I am able to take it out of the store, I won't purchase again on line.

I love the quality of the pitcher and sound is very good also. I like so much I bought other for my master bedroom.

The Sony Ulta HD TV with HDR (49”) is spectacular. The picture is crisp and clear as a bell. The setup was straight forward and the integration with our cable system not bad at all. Once we purchased a sound system to support the volume, this TV was everything we could have asked for and more. Solid product.

Purchased this TV and the Sony Sound Bar to replace an existing Sony TV. I've been very happy with TV, picture and sound quality. I particularly like the fact that Sony kept the TV Timer Awake function which has been eliminated from Samsung TVs and why I returned a Samsung TV that I initially purchased along with other problems with the Samsung TV. I like that the remote on the Sony TV has a dedicated Netflix button and a Picture off button and function that allows you to set the timer to go off for sleep purposes with no TV picture/light. I set it on the music channel and drift off to sleep. There are a lot of features to like with this TV and its remote and not just the pic quality.

great picture, easy to hook up to cable, love the netflix feature. the only issue i have and we love sony, it that the remote buttons are very close together, and you have to watch carefully what you are pressing. could use more info on all those buttons in the manual as well. but we figured it out finally.

While a self professed Sony fanatic this tv exceeded expectations. Great color and blacks are indeed black

I have been buying Sony products for years. They just flat work. Even if an issue arises with specific product, Sony stands behind it and offers solutions. Now, most people who have an issue with a product storm around and bad mouth the manufacturer, and demand a full replacement. My TV started failing years after the warranty expired. Sony offered me a choice from two replacement TVs for 70% off retail. Sorry folks, I can't complain with that.

It is a very good 4K TV.and the right size for my living room. Picture quality and sound are excellent.

I got this television to take advantage of my PS4 Pro and I've been impressed so far. The HDR makes a big difference, but unfortunately not a lot of games implement it. Picture quality is overall great and we haven't been disappointed with this purchase. Massive upgrade over our 32" 720p television.
