Great picture and setup was a breeze with my other SONY products.

I am a Samsung fan when it comes to TVs, and especially with phones. However, I am very pleased with this Sony TV. It has amazing picture quality, and at a very reasonable price compared to Samsung. I use the TV only for gaming... After buying the Xbox One X to get the best 4k support, the picture quality is unbelievable. It's fun to just look around while playing games, taking in the immense detail. Setting up the TV was fairly straight-forward... The menu system, however, could use a little work. It took quite a bit of digging to find the "settings" in the menus. It didn't seem very intuitive to me. Because these are android-based TVs, I can screencast from my Samsung S8+... I have only tested it once, and it worked great. We'll see if it continues to be as easy in the future.

With 9 TVs in my home the picture blows away the other 8 I have all of witch range from 65 to 80 inch.

Bought this a month ago for my home office and am very happy with it. The picture quality is fantastic and the TV does a great job up-scaling lower quality sources 480-1080. Watching content in 4k HDR is awesome. I plan on ditching cable and stream everything through this smart TV.

I like the picture colors and motion without pixel dragging.

I went shopping for an Android TV a month ago, and I knew exactly what I wanted.I consider myself a pretty savvy buyer when it comes to home electronics, especially the newer crop of visually stunning sets. But I'm not into video games, and I would consider myself an average home electronics consumer. I say this because too many reviewers make a big deal about blacks and contrast, and panels. Yes, there are differences. The average home consumer really doesn't care about the soap opera effect, or whether it has an ips panel. For those of you who could care less about the criteria that totally excites the geek mindset, I give you the Sony XBR 49X 800E. It is am Android TV. You can borrow your best friend's geek companion, and learn what potentials lie within the Android interface. Just Kodi up to them...I mean cozy up to them, and show them this review. They'll immediately understand what a great choice you made in choosing this visually stunning set. You won't be disappointed.

Best Buy had great pricing on this unit,. Evidently the remote was removed from the box for a customer replacement, so it reduced for less than the 43" X800E. They deducted the price of the Insignia / Sony remote that brought the price down further. I almost have the settings pristine, picture in the store always seems better. The Insignia remote is much to be desired, many of the control buttons are awkward to use.

so far a great TV. unfortunately, I shouldn't have had to buy it. My 26 month old Samsung smart tv crapped out just 2 months after my warranty ran out. $800 down the drain!!!! No help from BestBuy on this. Nothing is made to last anymore. Very disappointed in my previous purchase.

This is my third Sony Flat Screen TV that is 49 inches or greater. I love this model. The 4K picture is the best I've seen. Very easy setup and connection to my network. Plenty of Apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime for streaming. Android OS gives me access to many more Apps.

Came in to buy a much less high-end TV with a good quality but I saw this beauty and couldn’t resist my self. Team was very helpful by getting this deal for me.

My first purchase was the 75 inch. I fell in love with the quality of the picture. When I was shopping for another room there was no doubt I’d get the same tv just a smaller size. I can’t give up picture quality. Great buy! It’s a reasonable price for the quality.

We love this Tv. The image its so bright and sharp. It changes the way to watch movies.

The picture on this television is gorgeous. We are very happy with the quality. Set up was fairly easy. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a 3 wire hookup option for our older game system so we have to get an adapter. We would definitely purchase it again.

TV looked great, and I was extremely satisfied with Android TV. The intensity and vividness of the colors were outstanding. I was disappointed when the panel malfunctioned after a couple years. Sony does not make replacement panels so I wasnt able to have TV repaired.

Premium quality Sony TV. Clear picture and the audio is awesome. However Apps are slow sometimes due to WiFi circumstances. Definitely would recommend.

Easy set up. Interface is user friendly for first smart tv user. Great screen quality and brightness. Happy with the coloring and buffering speed. Looks sleek and is not overly heavy or bulky for a large tv. For the price it’s a win win
