I exchanged the size from 55" to 49" and the size is nice for my living room.

We mounted on wall in a small living room. Excellent picture and color for sports, movies and TV shows. No regrets.

This is by far the best tv I have purshased. The picture of 4K looks insane.

Purchased as open-box certified. Very pleased with product. Exceeds my expectations. Picture quality is superb for this price class. Upscaling ability is better than reviews implied. Only negative: menu is somewhat cumbersome to navigate.

The picture quality and overall physical appearance is great. The Android TV interface is a bit awkward and occasionally apps will just refuse to work for a day or two (most recently Showtime wouldn't play anything for a few days.) The biggest flaw is that every time I turn the TV on it takes maybe 1-2 minutes for it to connect to the internet. This would maybe be understandable if I ran off wifi, but I'm running an ethernet cable directly from my modem.

My new tv is great, the picture is clear and the sound is perfect!

I like Sony TV because it has good picture quality and good sound.

Bought this TV for our bedroom and as a second TV to the one in our living room (65" Samsung). Now I can't remember I made a point to watch TV in the living room. This TV has an excellent picture and pretty good sound for a flat screen. My only constructive criticism is the remote is not user friendly, particularly when trying to access the smart features of the TV

Picture great at all angles also quality sound from the TV speakers. Perfect size for our family room.

Wow this SONY is off the hook most incredible picture ever especially with Dish TV. Picture is better than Plasma, pixelation is so real it's scary. The black colors and all the other color tones are excellent. This is the best TV other than buying the SONY OLED and that is in a class of it's own.

nice picture. Trim is minimal so there is just TV which is nice.

Only had it set up for 6 days. So far so good,excellent picture.

with this tv I am able to control the cable box and other peripherals with just the tv remote. The only issues I have had is the internet connection takes a couple of minutes to connect when first turned on and the volume adjustment may or may not show up on screen depending on what app you are using but the volume does go up and down even if you cannot see it. Love the tv great picture and voice search is awesome.

The picture quality on this TV is amazing and did not disappoint . It is very slim and sleek looking. Only issue is the remote, the buttons are really small and hard to use sometimes.

Sony did not disappoint. A wonderful TV especially upscaling HD from my cable box. Although the tv was rated 120hz, I experienced slow refresh (pixelation, focus lagging which was hard to adjust. I found by upping flow motion setting from “3” to “4”, the picture smoothed out and has been great ever since. Since this was my first SmartTV, the Best Buy web site information and opinions of other buyers really helped me decide on Sony. Although I made several trips to a Best Buy to consult with sales personnel, I ended up buying the tv through the Bestbuy web site. Ordering and delivery was trouble free. The price I paid was great. Setup was simple. Pay close attention to the setup warning that you don’t lift the tv without reading instructions first. You don’t want to crack the LED screen. Other advise I could give is to consult a distance viewing chart and pay close attention viewing distance and room size before settling on a screen size. If input is primary 1080HD you minimum distance is greater than 4K. In summary, Best Buy is still my go to place to buy TVs, whether it is in-store or online. Lastly, made a list of the important tech features (HZ rate 120, HDR, flow motion, upscaling, etc) and consult a Best Buy rep before buying an expensive TV.

The picture is excellent. Set up was quick. Sony no baloney!
