Happy with TV picture and ease of use except at times the initial screen when you turn on the TV is the selection menu - most of the time it is the TV picture.

I bought a Samsung TV initially and when I brought it home I was completely disappointed with both the sound and and the picture. I ended up exchanging it for this Sony TV and I could not be happier! Both the picture and the sound exceeded my expectations!

We are very pleased with the picture quality of this TV. We had always bought Samsung, but I have to say that Sony has stepped it up and delivers on this model. I did find some of the Android setup to be annoying, where it's not obvious what to do to get out of their license agreement etc., but that's not really Sony's fault. I would definitely recommend this TV to a friend. :)

After much research and many conversations with Best Buy in-store professionals, I invested in this Sony Ultra HD Smart TV. One of the Best Buy pros confirmed this is the same TV he chose for himself since it represents the highest quality and latest technology at the most reasonable price to provide a fantastic value. I am loving it, and my wife and daughters are thrilled also.

We love our new SONY! It was easy to set up and mount to the previous mounting bracket that was already on our fireplace from our last TV. The salesperson said the speakers are on the back of the TV and I would need a sound bar. The speakers are on the bottom of the TV and the sound quality is good so we do NOT need a sound bar! I would buy this TV again in a heart beat!

Was looking for superior picture in small size to fit in a small cabinet. OLED is not offered under 55" so finding an amazing LED picture in a 49" TV size was a God sent. Read reviews that people had issues with Sony's TV operating system but found it very usable and flexible. The builtin UV blaster made controlling our Cable box a breeze. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I bought this for a large kitchen for the wife. It has a great picture and works very well with varying degrees of glare from large windows nearby. This unit was discounted since the latest version was out at same time. To me for the price, it was a no brainer on this 900 series panel from Sony. Thanks to the store Sony rep at Best Buy that was able to convince me.

I love this tv. Really hesitated in making this expensive purchase. Sure you can buys TVs cheap now. But with this one you get what you pay for and it’s all good. I wanted the tv to work with my Amazon Alexia and it’s seamless. Picture is beautiful, size is perfect. I had Best Buy Geek squad install along with new 4K Blue Ray player and Bose sound bar. The perfect system.

Purchased this to replace Panasonic Plasma. Love this TV so far, picture is so much better than the Plasma. The Smart TV features are great, no issues so far. I purchased the 49 in because it had to fit into entertainment center/hutch. Sound is just ok, but we usually have sound going through receiver. Like many did hours of research and so far very happy with my choice

Purchased this television on sale when the newer 900F model was coming out. Incredible picture and the google smart interface was straight forward and easy to use. Setup was simple. Love the fact the base is located in the center of the tv instead of the “legs” on the sides as I could fit it on my existing tv stand. Would highly recommend-especially for the price.

This was my first flat screen tv and i believe i purchased a quality product. The set up was easy and what a beautiful picture..my only quibble is that you have to view this TV from straight on for best picture..anything to the sides does not look as good i'm also having a bit of a problem with voice synchronization but hope to solve that soon. Highly would recommend

I decided to upgrade from my old Aquos 27” 720p which I use in my den/office. It still works fine but I saw this Sony at Best Buy and was really impressed with the picture. I use Apple TV 4K to stream Direct TV Now which the smart tv system on the Sony does not support. This is my only gripe about the Sony set. Very pleased with the picture. 4K content is incredible.

I purchased to play my PS4 Pro and it looks great with the HDR. The set up was simple and it works well with google mini and amazon Alexa

exceptional picture quality from all sources dvd , blu ray , cable tv and steaming netflix. Easy guided setup. able to use remote to control cable box. Also use with a sony audio video receiver and blu ray player to control sound and playback from the tv remote. Have not used many of the "smart" features yet. Connection to Netflix is very fast and stable.

This television is amazing, the picture is incredible. I was amazed the first time I watched a Boston Bruins game on it, i felt like I was literally on the ice. The biggest plus for me on this tv is when watching movies during night parts and darker parts you can see everything perfectly.

Picture and color are amazing. Ability to access variety is great!
