After three days of use I am pleased with the picture quality. Audio is fair. Set up was easy although the tv had difficulty connecting to my internet.....but finally did. Overall pleased so far.

Really nice TV, great picture, only issue is with the built in smart tv functions. Loses connectivity too frequently even if connected via ethernet.

Absolutely great TV if you can get it on sale. HDR looks amazing when gaming on my PS4 and Xbox One.

Love the TV .... size and picture quality. Even my sister noticed how sharp the picture is.

The picture is great and the sound is solid. The only problem I have is that it was hard to get my PlayStation 4 to play in 4K. After some online Research I managed to get it working fine.

What improvement from my old plasma TV. the image is great the 4k videos I tried were beautiful to watch.

I was skeptical because of the size, but this TV makes watching commercials feel like the movies!

Lightweight, great picture and picture fills the entire screen. Size is perfect for my studio condo.

This is a great 4K set for a bedroom that won't break the bank. Full array local dimming is a welcomed plus for a set this size. 4K & HDR programming really pops! Android TV is cool, but hoping for more extensive integration with Google Home in the future. I would have to say the main weak point of this set is the tinny sound, but nothing a soundbar or audio setup can't take care of, overall recommended!

This TV is a lightweight TV that presents with a clear picture. It was easy to hang and would definitely recommend to others looking for quality.

So far, so good. This is my second Sony after the 55" died in 2 years. Because of Sony's reputation and the quality of the picture, I am giving it another try--with Geek Squad support.

OK. I like the TV. Great picture and all but.... the menu system is the worst I’ve ever seen. It is almost impossible to find anything. For example, I needed to remove and reinstall the SlingTV app. I could not find where to do it and I am quite computer literate. Had to call customer service. A couple days ago I thought I’d do a channel search to see if I could pull in NBC for the olympics. I went to Action Menu-TV-Scan Channels. Lost EVERY channel. Had no channels for 2 days. Apparently the scan changed my input from antenna to cable and in that section there is no where to even see it changed much less change it back. It took me two days to find it somewhere else in their system and I doubt I’ll find it again. HORRID HORRID HORRID. This is the dumbest smart TV I’ve ever seen and will be my last Sony. I’ll go back to Samsung for my next purchase. I have Samsung in the other room and the menu is intuitive and all in one place. Do you put any normal people on your product testing group? Or do you have a product test?

This tv is fun to use, the picture is very good. The reason I wanted this tv is to see my photos.
