- TV is advertised as coming with 30 days free Sling TV. No coupon in packaging. No way to get your 30 days. I am paying for Sling TV now. - Sling TV app hangs up on Sony TVs. A known issue. (Google it). A real PIA. You have to uninstall and reinstall the Sling app to get it to work again and then renter your email and password to start it up again. Either Sony or Sling needs to fix this issue. - menu not intuitive. Remote could use a settings button. And it takes awhile to figure out where to go and how to uninstall an app. - sound is ok. Bought a speaker. - otherwise a nice TV

Love this TV. It has an awesome picture & is very easy to learn how to use.

I went in looking at a different brand and walked out with the Sony. I wanted a 4K Smart TV with HDR and I didn't have a ton of choices under 55" that fit the bill. What won me over was Sony's processor that allows smoother pictures during high action such as live football games. I have found that it takes a little getting used to the picture because it is so well lit and realistically crisp in comparison to my last 1080 HD TV. Various picture presets, true full dolby surround capabilities, and old school picture in picture. Apps were easy to set up and in all honesty it has more features than I'll ever use. Remote is not overly complicated and can be set to operate everything if you like. The best part, quick warm up time, about two and a half seconds between pressing the on button and seeing the live TV picture.

The colors are vibrant, and the picture quality is awesome. Can't wait for 4K!

Ive always been a samsung guy but now that Sony has its act together for 2017 models, I have converted to Sony this time around. The picture is amazing & the android & google play store is fantastic!

This, by far is the best picture that I have ever seen. True to life colors, vivid contrast and great sound, all contribute to a great TV. It hooked up fast and easy, and paired well with my existing home theatre sound system. Glad I chose Sony.

The remote is a less intuitive than Samsung or LG. The picture color and detail are much better, and having a refresh rate that is twice as fast was the deal breaker. We can actually follow a tennis ball travelling at 140 MPH.

The TV is a bit pricey, but I needed extra HDMI inputs. With the Android TV features, I haven't needed to use my Amazon Fire Stick or Roku for streaming content. The picture quality is excellent, and I have experienced no problems other than some issues when Samba was enabled.

This TV has excellent picture quality and excellent colors. In addition I paired this TV with the Sony UBP-X800 Blu-ray player and played a 4K disk with HDR and the picture quality was especially good. I highly recommend this TV.

The tv works perfectly and is full android. There are over 2000 apps you can use on this model. The picture quality is superior to any other tv I’ve ever had. Even when watching older movies it’s like looking out a window

What an improvement !!! The picture ,sound and looks are top quality . For years we did not realize we were missing out because of a worn out hdtv screen . Great clear colorful picture and good sound to accompany it.

This tv has a lot of bells and whistles that other mid and even high end 4k hdtvs don't. It also has a very clean look. Beautiful colors and dark blacks. Did A LOT of research before buying it and I am not disappointed. Great purchase. I highly recommend it.

Picture is great and the included apps work very well. Much better than earlier generation TVs where apps were suspect. Netflix, You Tube, and Amazon all come up easily and cleanly. Especially nice is the ability to cast from my android phone without issue.

This TV was installed by Geek Squad on my bedroom wall. Color is good. I had trouble adjusting the sound so it was loud enough to hear some stations from 10 feet away. I called Geek Squad for help and was advised to replace it since it was within a 15 day purchase period. I declined to do that and eventually found a setting that improved the volume level. However, voice qualith on many stations is poor.

TV speakers are not that good Picture Excellent.instructions are at best horrible.Contacted Sony about free 4K movie code it didn’t work after 2 hours on the phone they wanted me to pay for the movies they would then reimburse me $50.00 their customer service is horrible at it best.But hopefully it’s great Sony quality I expect to have.

Our first "smart TV" and we are enjoying adding our music selections and browsing through movie selections while enjoying the clear pictures on the TV screen. I wish the sound was better but additional sound enhancement was a necessary purchase.

Did a ton of research into TV's with good refresh rates for lag times. This one was rated top and it was the perfect size for my office. I am loving this set for gaming! Just need to mount it and it will be set. ***Note HDMI Input 1 does not accept 4K for consoles it drove me crazy till I researched it.***

This television is a great buy. The picture quality is amazing. I watch a lot of Netflix on this television and it has never given me issues. I would definitely recommend buying this television.

4k and UHD reception is terrific on this TV. I watch many sporting events on my back porch and the picture is bright and clear. The sound is so clear that I have forgone a sound bar. My third large screen Sony TV and this is the best yet.

I have bought 2 4K tv's over the last 6 months, 1 a living room set and this for the bedroom. For a tv in this size range ( couldnt go to 55" ) I did alot of research and personal shopping to make sure I got what I considered to be the best in class under $1K. While at the 65" screen Sony was a good option but not nearly as crisp as another leading manufacturer. The reason I bring this up is to say yo have to do your homework as things change dramatically as you move up and down the size spectrum. I am very happy with this purchase, it has a great picture, easy to set up, and I paired it (quite easily ) with the top end Sony sound bar and just love the entire set up.
