The picture and sound are great and has a lot to offer. You are able to use Google Assistant which is a nice feature. I am thinking about possibly buying another one for my bedroom.

I love the layout of the menu. I love the applications in the east of use for my parents whenever they need to use the TV. I have it hooked up to a receiver with surroundsound and it’s like having my own theater.

Then when our old tv died we went in to action. Decided on Best Buy, mostly because of the geek squad set up. A little disappointed in them tho as they seemed in a hurry to get to next job. I still don’t know exactly how to use the new remote. It’s just push a button and see what happens.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After extensive comparison shopping, this tv’s specs. filled the requirement for nit brightness and best contrast (black areas being black and not grey) for an HD TV and 4K quality in the class/price range I was looking. Best Buy happen to have this on sale (they even took an extra $25 off making the decision easier)! I’m sure some of the others I was ready to buy would have been fine, but even at the lower end of this model’s (the Sony) is better then the top of the others (of it’s class /price bracket) I was considering. I think I paid $25 more than I was going to but worth it. The only issue is with AirPlay (why I only gave 4 star overall rating). It does not work with wifi 6 (and may be why it was on sale)? It was not a deciding factor because I just upgraded my Apple TV and just use that since it is wifi 6 compatible. I would have returned the Apple TV if the Sony was wifi 6 compatible, due to duplication of functions, but kind of glad I did not have to. Upgrading to a TV that has Airplay support for wifi 6 would have cost about the same (if not more) so that (for me) justifies keeping the Apple TV.

Was easy to set up and to use the smart TV features. Previous TV was a Samsung but switched to Sony after reading reviews and because of the remote. Samsung remotes are now very basic, don’t even have numbers. The Sony remote is great, it even replaces the cable company remote.

I picked it up curbside, very easy, Then delivered and installed it using the existing hardware for her wall mount. It went up easy and was quickly hooked up and running. Setup was easy and now my mom can watch true HD and enjoy her football games.

Picture quality is A+ and it gets very loud, i sit around 8-10 feet away and i only have to have it set on 8/100 for volume. Only experienced a few very minor inconveniences so far that were easily resolved by just resetting the TV.

Had to look online several times. Also when I go to open the app on the TV to watch something, example Prime or Hulu, I have to often sign in again to the account. Picture is good and glad it will stay connected to our sound bar. Overall I would recommend this tv.

Picture is very good and sound is much improved over our old RCA flat screen. I would have given it 5 stars except for the terrible phone support. Not sure the gal on the phone knew how to spell TV. I finally completed the set-up on my own. Took about an hour.

Easy Hookup

Great picture and easy to hookup. Be aware that not all apps are available through android. We were surprised BritBox wasn't an option. It's okay since we can access it through Roku, but it's an extra, unnecessary step. Also, be sure to wait a few extra seconds for it to connect to the network when you turn it on first thing in the morning. Otherwise, you'll have problems connecting to both YouTube TV and YouTube. All other apps (Netflix, Prime, etc.) seem to work okay without having to wait too long. Strange...but once we figured that out, we can connect okay.
