    Staff was very helpfull is selecting just the right tv, even in showing how to use the remote. The picture quality is great and it is very easy to load and use the smart apps.

    Great tv. Solid picture quality for gaming and tv/movies. Sound acts a little weird on some stuff, as if there's some electrical background distortion but it's not too distracting.

    Picture and sound quality is not as good as Samsung or LG. I do like the apps access way better then Samsung and LG TVs. Sony is also much easier to sync with Google device where Samsung does not allow it.

    Pros: Everything works as designed. Cons: I had to download BlueTooth Scanner to this TV so I can connect my BlueTooth devices to this TV. Not sure why Sony disabled BlueTooth function from this model.

    Gorgeous picture and I don’t get the glare from my windows and lights. My last tv I had to use black-out drapes to watch it. Everything worked perfect right out of the box!
