Decent quality picture and sound

It’s much faster than my old Insigna tv. When going from one app to another the TV responds quickly without hanging up. One disappointing feature is this TV does not allow me to pause and rewind live shows. My Insigna did do that. The picture and sound quality is decent but I really expected a little more from Sony. I’m using the same HD antenna in the same location on this set as I did the old one yet I’m not picking up as many channels as I did before. Overall I’m ok with this tv.

That turned out to be a big mistake, as the tv did not have any of the features I really needed. I returned my first purchase to the store and the staff there made that really easy, they processed the return and credit quickly and even carried the tv from my car! Working with a very knowledgeable salesman was the key, he helped me get exactly what I needed and a little bit more.
