Some of you may know by now that Sony has always produced top notch products and this one doesn’t disappoint. when it comes to home entertainment this thing does it all, and verrrry well. I own Xbox one x and PS4 pro and connected them both and handles 4K nicely. This tv is the most responsive tv I’ve ever owned. When it comes to switching between inputs, it displays them very fast. It immediately determines whether I’m using my Sony surround sound system or if I’m using headphones. Same goes with gaming consoles. I can switch back n forth with no issues. tv also works with Alexa. If you’re able to, connect your Ethernet to the tv and you’ll be glad you did. I personally bought a network hub so that I can split the internet signal between tv and consoles...best thing ever. Best quarantine purchase I’ve made by far! Pros: -very slim design. More screen and less bulky frame etc -internet capable via Ethernet - FAST signal input switching (very responsive w/ hdmi & digital coax) -games in 4K look insanely crisp - works with Alexa -cross compatible with Sony products (remote works with my ps4 pro AND sony sounds system and vice versa) Cons: -so light I almost tossed it in the air and broke it while taking it out of the box!

Nice picture for the money. We’ve been happy with the picture quality. I have been rather disappointed with the TV remote control however. It is much larger than our Samsung TV’s and not as user friendly. I have also had trouble fully link the TV to our Directv remote which requires us to use two remotes. That is a big inconvenience.

Seriously such an awesome TV!! Setup is super simple, jam packed with features and settings, snappy processor with literally no lag, and crystal clear picture! For TV speakers they sound excellent (although I always add a soundbar anyways). Everything you'd expect from Sony. Would definitely recommend

So far so good! Excellent picture, easy setup, and control. When navigating the onscreen menus, I do not see/have any slowness; very responsive. Builtin TV Tunner, you can just plug in an Over the Air Antenna and scan for channels. Speakers seem loud enough, but I'll end up getting external speaks.

Sony TV has great clarity and good color quality. We have had very good luck with other Sony TV'S in the past. We spend a little more money but we feel it was justified in the end. Easy to install and quick connection to our cable company. We are extremely happy with our purchase of this size TV.

I purchased this Sony TV after my last Sony of 11+ years finally expired. This TV has impressive color, good sounds effects, and is a clear winner over the competition. It was easy to set up and merge with my existing sound bar. One can't found a better TV in this price range and this size.

Really liking this LED so far. Colors out of the box were way overcooked, especially the reds. Found some settings guidelines on a few review sites and reigned that back in. To me, it looks fine off-center to a point, and colors are vivid and motion is handled well. Not doing any super-critical viewing on it as I tested it out in the workout room in basement and will be transitioning to a new garage TV here soon. Overall, think Sony does a great job with the video processing. If you're looking for a good mid-tier LED that can look great after some picture adjustments, I would put this in the consideration set. Compared to Sammy Q60T, LG Nano 85, TCL Series 6 and Hisense H9 or H8 (can't remember). The TCL and Hisense scare me a bit when I was doing my research in terms of inherent picture processing issues and then a lack of customer service. Figure it would be best to stick with a Sony, Sammy, or LG.

Perfect size model, equipped with state of the art technology. Easy set-up, working well with DISH satellite and WI-FI connectivity. Picture quality is perfect. Don't feel the need to purchase additional speaker bar.

My LG screen died, so I found this 50 inch Sony. It's got a great picture, wonderful color. The android OS running so much smoother. Depending on the room and noise, the sound seems quite quiet. So maybe a nice sound bar. It also has very good viewing angles.

Love Sony TVs with the google OS. Integration with google assistant and streaming our entertainment allows for voice control of viewing. (Pause, rewind, picking channels all with your voice) Great picture and easy to set up.

The picture quality is noticeably not as good as the x900's, but for the price it's a fine TV. I'm personally still on the fence about keeping it, but I do recommend it to anyone who is sitting firm in this price range of $550 right now for Black Friday. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that the picture quality is bad, it's just not GREAT. No matter how much I tweak the colors and gamma, it still has this ever so slight dull feeling to it. It's in this price range for a reason though I guess. I doubt the quality would be any different for any other brand's model at this price. It is also worth noting I did have to exchange the first one I brought home because it was shutting down before even getting through the initial set up. That left a bad taste in my mouth. The thought of having another issue like that pop up on this one after I'm past the return date with the store scares me. That was my first ever issue with a Sony TV though, I still stand by their products over any other brand. It's all personal preference, but I recommend turning the 'Light Sensor' feature off. My screen was way too dark and it took me forever to figure out having that on was the cause of it.

Got another brand initially and the picture quality was so disappointing, I decided to pay extra money to get the best product and Sony never disappoints !!! great picture quality, easy set up and Joy to have !

We upgraded our older 43” HDTV with this in our den. It looks terrific and the set up was easy. The quality picture is excellent. This is our “everyday viewing” TV and we’ll watch movies on our larger home theater set up in our family room.

Love my Sony tv. The picture is so clear and bright. It feels like the people on the screen are in my living room with me. It’s so easy to navigate the channels and my DVD player. I can also turn my smart tv on and off with my Alexa.

Beware! THIS TV DOES NOT HAVE BLUETOOTH AUDIO! We're very happy with the picture, everything else. Also it's the last TV to have a mini audio out which we need for our surround speakers. However...although the Bluetooth logo is on the box, and unknowledgeable salespeople will tell you that you can use Bluetooth earbuds with them, this TV will not. I went back and asked to speak with the TV department manager, he was very knowledgable. I brought my remote and new Bluetooth earbuds to test, and like our other Bluetooth earbuds they would NOT PAIR with this Sony TV. He told me that the Bluetooth logo on the box only means that it will communicate WITH YOUR PHONE via Bluetooth. He acknowledged that this is misleading, I consider it unethical for Sony to use the Bluetooth logo on the box because us consumers will assume that means audio. Samsung and LG will easily pair with your Bluetooth headphones and earbuds but this particular Sony, in fact all the 800 models, will not. If you doubt me ask them to demonstrate a Bluetooth pairing while you're in the store to prove it before you purchase it. The reason this is a big deal for us is that when one of us wants to watch TV and the other wants to read it is more pleasant if the TV watcher is on headphones or earbuds. We can't use the mini audio out since it is occupied with the room's speakers and a Y jack cable is too difficult to reach. If you don't need Bluetooth for listening then this is a great TV.

Great picture, sounds decent of course most modern tvs don’t have the most insane sound but pair it with an sound bar and it’s the perfect combo. Easy to use OS and convenient integration with smartphone. I would recommend.

Second Sony tv purchased in 6 months. Loved how great picture of first 65 inch Sony 900 series was I purchased another 49 inch Sony to replace an older Samsung. Great color and clear pictures on both. Great technology and well built.

The picture on this TV is very clear. It was very easy to set up. The speakers are not as loud as I would like, but certainly good enough for my small apartment. The price was very good and I am very happy with this TV.

Great TV! replaced my 40" Sony with this new Sony 49" Bravia and so glad I did, great quality and price, very easy to set up and use. Thank you Best Buy for the great price and customer service!

For the money, this was a terrific purchase. I replaced an LG… not looking back. Color is immersive. Sound is fine. Reliability is excellent. I’m sold!
