Great picture, poor sound

Very bright and clear. My only complaint is that the sound quality is poor and will need a sound bar to enhance it. My perception of Sony products is that they are expensive but worth for the money because of the high build standards. But the X800H sound fell a bit short this time.

Lovin’ My New Sony TV

So I went to my nearby Best Buy store to purchase another Sony. The sales person was excellent and help me get the TV that would work for me. I bought the Sony 49” HD TV. I am so impressed with the ease of use of this TV. It took me a week to get used to HD TV. This TV is totally amazing and I recommend it highly.

Sony 49" Smart TV at Best Buy Curbside Excellent

My TV quit and using Best Buy website, I was able to find a store that had the TV in stock. Quick to get the order complete and then drive to the right store. Thanks for a quick curbside delivery at Millennia Mall. TV is a good smart TV but the setup with Spectrum DVR was frustrating. Did not link up well. Frustrating. This was not true with my bigger Sony Smart TV.

If you have used Sony products before it's wonderful I am even confident that the least tech savvy could figure out the menus/home option. Pretty good TV but cautious as well

At first i had to return the first purchase after 4 days because I got a very visible horizontal line of dead pixels. I traded it for another of the same model with no problems, and up to now have had no issues whatsoever. It's a really beautiful smart TV with many customizable options and settings; and a nice first dive into 4K UHD graphics tech for my games.
