Got a bigger TV that weighs 50% less. I also needed the base of the LED TV to fit on my existing ZVOX sound bar. Better than expected. Sony still makes a great TV. Was able to purchase on sale at Best Buy so a very slick deal!!!

You can play the audio without a sound system (if you want to) which is a plus. The blacks are moderately black. The only drawback is that there is limited 4K material to watch at this time, but that is not Sony's fault! We love this television!

Great Sony TV

She has not complained about anything yet! I wish I could tell you some technical things about it but I noticed there are plenty of other reviews that let you know. I would recommend ....especially at that price!

Picture beautiful, but motion is jittery

Motion is jittery or judders, as if there are frames missing, even with simple motion like turning the head or walking. I have tried adjusting the Motionflow settings from standard, smooth & even off with no difference. I've also tried raising the level of brightness with no difference. The picture itself is beautiful and I cannot fault that, but the jittery motion drives me crazy. I emailed Sony support for suggestions on picture adjustments to make this stop and was told they could not help me. My last TV had a refresh rate of 120Hz, and this one is 60Hz – I assume that is the reason for the jitteriness in the motion I am noticing. I will keep the TV because I don’t want to hassle with returning it, but I am very disappointed. I will not buy a TV with a refresh rate of 60Hz again.

I didn't really have room for a very large tv so this 50 inch is perfect for my room. The picture quality is better than any tv I have ever owned. It has many great features that you would expect in a much more expensive tv.
