Good TV for a simple bedroom watch. Not the best blacks, or the best refresh rate for sports. But it doesn't do bad to finish a movie after moving from the family room, or watching a movie in bed. Smart TV features are a little limited, but I use the Roku anyways. You get what you pay for and this was a good price at $400 back in 2018.

Was not able to see TV working before purchasing, but have had Sony brand TVs in the past. I wasn't disappointed.

I love my Sony 50 inch smart tv,I now have one in every room,I got this tv at the right time for the right price.

Only problem was my soundbar didnt have optical audio jack so had to use headphone port to connect to soundbar.

I need a TV for watching news mainly and making some noise in the house. For that purposes this is a great TV.

At first, the super crisp images with 4K ultra high def sort of creeped me out but I gave it some time and now I really like it. Love the Netflix and YouTube buttons, so easy; not that the one more click to get to any other streaming service is much extra effort. The size is just right for my wall, too.

Packaging and set up were better than other TVs. The grips on back of set were innovative. Picture quality is as anticipated for set of this price range. An important NEED of TVs is the ability to automatically select currently active input source rather than manually resetting each time. At least automatically return to a default input after turning off tv.

4K TV is great. The only thing I am disappointed with is the sound. I think a sound bar will correct that.

The people at Best Buy in Destin were extremely helpful in telling the difference in 4K TV’s and the ones that come out during the holidays that are so cheap, not all 4K TV’s are the same and this one is hands down a huge difference in picture color and quality over other name brand holiday TV’s.

I was hesitant to buy a new tv for the bedroom. My wife was not. Always listen to your wife when it comes to getting a new tb for the bedroom. We upgraded from an old 32 inch toshiba to this beast of a tv, and it’s amazing. Vibrant colors, stunning picture. This tv is worth the money for sure.

Bought this TV during Cyber Monday deal. This definitely isn’t the best 4K TV out there, but I am very happy with what I got for what I paid.

I bought this tv for the built in direct tv feature, you still need a box! it's not really "built in"

I'm primarily using this as a computer monitor, but I am also watching some TV on it. It looks really good all the time, except during the Oscars, the people were all blurry, but since that was the only time I had display issues I would say it was a DirecTV problem and not a TV problem.

Comparing TV’s from a previous RCA, LG, and Samsung owner.. Sony has definitely achieved the 5 stars in all categories. Excellent picture quality along with sound. Paired with a soundbar and it feels better than being in the theaters! Excellent job Sony for the price and quality!

I always buy Sony TV's due to their high ratings and this one doesn't fall short of my expectations.
