Picture is pretty good but not top of the line. We didn't spend thousands of dollars for it so we knew what we were getting. The sound quality is not the best because the speaker is behind the TV screen so we had to purchase a sound bar.

The tv has great volume picture color and clarity. My hubby was skeptical at first but after he checked it out a few days he decided it was a good decision to go with this product.

Fantastic price for a 4k smart tv. I saw similar models and were almost double the price. It's not a super thin TV, nor is it the brightest, but for an average user it's a great buy.

The salesman was very helpful and explained features of different TV's. it lead me to pick the Sony. I am very happy with it. it has a very clear image, and the price was great.

Great purchase, found it as open box and saved me a couple hundred dollars. Really wanted a Sony, but other prices on other companies were sounding a little better (because I bought a ps4 day before), after looking at all of the options, kept coming back to this one. For a 50 inch it was a pretty good deal, then I found the open box! Amazing color, animated movies like Tin Tin look more real then an actual film! And the brights and blacks are great detail. The only thing I lost was sound quality, but that’s because I came from an old box big screen with a huge speaker, and no where to put any speakers in the new ones.

I usually buy the generic brands but this time I couldnt pass up a great deal. I bought the Sony sound bar with it and completely satisfied. Well worth buying upgraded quality.

Bought this before Superbowl on sale. Was not the upper quality tv of the Sony line but for the price, still better than the other upper level name brands for the same price.

This is a great TV for gaming. The picture is amazing. If using this TV to watch TV, a soundbar might be needed, but it works great without one for our Xbox One.

ist ok 4k tv i just dont like it no bluetooth kind a downside

This was a replacement for my 42 inch bravia (which was not 4K. I found this as open box, but have had no issues with it. I got an incredibly good deal, it performs great.

I looked around for a new TV that would work for our house. This TV was the right size for what we needed. It was a Sony and we like Sony and this TV has worked out great.
