I got this tv on sale. I own another Sony Bravia and love it, so I expected Great things from this one, and it didn't disappoint. Great picture after adjusting it to where I like it, and very good sound for an LCD tv. I felt no need to run out and purchase a sound bar, and probably won't. Apps are limited and cannot be downloaded, but I plugged in a streamer anyway so not a problem. Very good refresh rate, I watch a lot of sports and no blurring or pixelated images. Overall, great buy!

We had to replace an LG tv that was going to cost more to fix than to buy a new one and found this Sony on a one day only Today's deal at an excellent price. It was easy to set up and the picture quality is great! We have had very good quality Sony items in the past and plan to continue with this brand.

My old Lg went kaput. Thanks to my wife we had purchased the extended warranty. Called geek squad and they said yes there is a problem with that particular model. Within three days my new Sony was delivered and LG was taken away . We hooked up the new Sony and very pleased. Have had both LG ans Samsungs in the past and still love them . But now also am a big Sony fan

I bought this TV on Cyber Monday. I thought it was basically the same as my current Sony TV. My current TV is android so I can download any apps that I want to. This TV is not Android. No where in the ad did it state it wasn't. I somewhat fault Best Buy for this. I ordered online and had it delivered. I went to my local store and they told me it wasn't a real good TV as it was a "Door Buster". While it was a good deal it sure wasn't chump change as there were other makes that cost less and had more but I chose Sony because I loved my current TV. I use YouTube TV. No cable. Luckily YouTube TV gives me a free Chromecast so I can cast to the TV. The picture quality is real good. But for some reason 4K is grayed out in the options and the Best Buy staff couldn't tell me why. I seriously deliberated on bringing the TV back but in the end decided to keep it. It is my bedroom TV which isn't watched as much as my better Sony. And now since my roommate ordered Direct TV I guess I will have no need for Chromecast anyway...

This Sony has a great picture, I have the Netflix 4K plan and the picture really shines when watching 4K content. It does upscale 720p and 1080p content as well. Best Buy had a sweet price for this set on Black Friday. This is my first 4K set and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

We bought this tv to replace the existing flat screen in our bedroom. Not because our old one is bad, but because of the “smart” functionality and because of the great Black Friday prices. Sooo happy with our purchase...great picture and sound quality! Wish we’d upgraded long ago!

Purchased to upgrade a second TV. Picture is much clearer than our primary TV. Works very well for gaming and viewing streaming video and movies. Regular TV shows via dish antenna are not as clear; have not had time to trouble shoot reason why. Sound is better than expected.

Got this tv during Best Buy's Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals... I'm glad I went with the Sony, the picture quality is way better then an Vizio that we have. The picture is sharp and it sweet watching football and hockey games on! Totally recommend Sony for their TV's.

We purchased this tv online and it sure did NOT disappoint us, great tv, great price, great service. The picture on this 2017 Sony LED 50" tv is phenomenal and the sound is great as well. We definitely will be back, a great shopping experience at Best Buy!

Bought this as a Christmas present. Was able to get it set up easily. Hard wired straight in to the router and have had no problems going online. Has all the apps that we use already installed, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Netflix, Pandora, Hula. Have only owned the TV for about 3 weeks and have been satisfied so far.

Excellent Sony LED TV. The price point is great for the features you receive. I love the remote with Netflix and YouTube. The color is great the speakers/sound is not the best and the adjustments are limited. But, still a 5 star for the size and price.

I currentky own 2 4k tv's the samsung 6300 model and this sony hdr 4k tv. The picture quality is better on the sony, the colors are more vivid. What i would like for this sony model would be more features. Samsung carries better features and nice home menu. I have frontier fios and this sony tv doesnt connect with my cable box, therefor i have to keep using 2 remotes. Also doesnt connect to my sound reciever. So now i have to keep 3 remotes next to me. And have to buy a separate remote for 50$ I seem not to mind so much as i love the picture quality of this tv.

I paid $429.99 for this tv and it has a better picture than my old Panasonic plasma. It's also easy to move by being half the weight of my old tv I was able to carry it by myself. I connected my laptop to it and it detailed to 4K resolution. Although I changed it to 1920x1080p because I find the frame rate is better at that resolution on my laptop. Which is more due to my laptops capabilities than the tv's. I would recommend this tv to anybody on a budget and wants to upgrade their tv to 4K. I don't think you will find a better tv for the money.

This is a great entry level 4K Smart Sony TV. The price was right and bought mainly for the picture and set size not the smart capabilities. They are limited. I am very pleased with quality of picture and audio is not bad either. Would recommend
