I should have read the reviews before buying, As usually happens, you change your mind when at the store at the last minute. Although the TV works well, it has an annoying flaw. The corners have a white bleed, particularly when the colors are dark or black.. Also the blacks are relatively poor as well. Tried all the adjustments but the factory settings work the best.

Boot up and shut down times are instant. HDR, 4K, 3D qualities are all excellent. Tv paired quickly with the Sony passive glasses. I love the really thin profile of this unit and the light weight. The legs can only be mounted at the bottom corners of the tv so make sure you have a table or surface long enough (55 inches) to stand it on, if not wall mounting. It syncs perfectly with PS4 and I can use either the tv smart remote or the PS4 controllers to control both the tv and game system. Blacks are dark and brights and colors are very vivid and rich. Highly recommend this tv to anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on the current 2016/2017 models but still have similar features and functionality.

I tried the Samsung 6200 series and did not like the motion it had. I returned that TV and was told about the 900c, so i purchased it. The menu layout is nice and the Android TV works well. The picture is amazing and so is how it handles motion. The only problem with it was the light bleed at the bottom. I took the TV back and exchanged it thinking it was defective and the second one did the same thing. I then read the reviews for this model and they all said the same thing. I then tried an LG model from Costco and that had horrible blur and that was returned. I saw online that the 900c at Best Buy had gone on sale for $799.99 instead of the $999.99 price i had purchased it at for previously. I figured for $200 less i can live with a little light bleed from the bottom (plus you can really only see it when it's in letterbox format, black bars at top and bottom) so i went i re bought the 900c again. This one barely has any light bleed and it has been more than a month. The first two you could see within the first couple days. Third time is a charm i guess. If the light bleed does show up and you are able to deal with it, then this is an excellent buy. It handles action movies and sports great even without having to change any settings.

I got it mainly because it is very thin and comes with a mount that let's you mount it very flush against the wall. The picture is great and the android operating system provides great voice recognition and smart features. The things I didn't like quite as well were: I see a little light along the edges of the screen when the screen is completely black and I can't get it to work with active 3D glasses. All in all it's still a great TV set with its thin profile and specialized bracket, it fits wonderfully flat against the wall.

The picture is very crisp and clear. I love the thinness of the tv. It is the slimmest tv I've seen. The 3D picture is great as well. The only downside is the volume the tv has. We have to have it cranked almost all the way up to hear it. Maybe a soundbar would help - and maybe that's why they ask if you want to buy one when buying the tv.

We purched this sony 4k tv with very high expectations. At first we were looking to buy the samsung 55 ich tv but decided to go with this one because the sales person talked so highly about it. It does have a slight light bleed problem on the corners but if your not picky it wont bother you. The picture quality is excellent!

How I ended up getting my tv is a long story. Bottom line is we got a good tv and Best Buy was amazing in their customer service.

This is the first time I have purchased a tv that the picture actually looks as good as it did in the store. Great features.

This tv has a very nice picture and is loaded with features for the price. I am still learning how to use it and probably don't have it adjusted quite right yet to take full advantage of the features of the tv, but we have been happy with it so far.

It took me a little bit to get used to this higher level of Technology but once I did I am very satisfied with this television great picture lots of options and with the remoted has it is easy 2 navigate through the different available downloads and customize it for us.

It took me several weeks trying to buy a tv doing research, and purchasing this tv was a great buy! Price, image sound quality it is all great. Love my tv

Got this tv on sale for about 40 percent off. Picture quality is absolutely beautiful in SD, HD, and gaming. Having music, amazon, netflix, and many other options on a home screen is very convenient. The only problem I've had is my UV(?) remote sometimes decides it wants to quit working out of nowhere(batteries aren't the issue). It is the remote that I prefer using but it is not an inconvenience as the tv came with 2 different remotes anyways.

I know has color bleeding, but is not too bad, I have been comparing with others tv's and all the tv's have the same problem more or less but all have. This tv is incredible in colors, really nice picture and the 3D movies you can enjoy very well.

I bought this TV and had very high hopes for the "Triluminos" display but did not expect the horrible light bleed issue. During dark scenes, the light bleed on the edges is severe and highly distracting. While it is not much of an issues in bright scenes, watching dark scenes is just painful. When I reached out to the Sony support, I sent them the pictures and I was told that the light bleed is "within specification". I was shocked. I have 2 other LED tv's in the house and none of them have even half as much light bleed (the other two tv's are much cheaper as well). I am surely going to return this product and probably never buy Sony again. It's such a pity because aside from the light bleed, this TV is great.

Light small footprint and everything you might want! The picture is as good as it gets! The form factor is amazingly small. Absolutely love this tv!

Picture quality is very good. All Smart features are working. I was able to download apps and was able to enjoy youtube via big screen. I haven't tried watching a 3D movie yet but when I tried to apply 3D function to a regular movie, it wasn't good because of the small space to watch and the objects are doubled.

We were worried about the 3-D aspect, because no one is really making the product anymore. But we love it and it has a great picture... We only wish it was a little easier to use... still unsure about some things

We are so happy we made this choice. The picture is so clear & sharp. We really can tell the difference when we go to friends/family place & watch their TV.
